Dominick was a fantastic tour guide- a true Southern gentleman so proud and knowledgeable about NOLA. Having never taken a private dining tour, I was unsure what to expect. Dominick selected two restaurants(Tableau and The Napolean House) and advised us to selections. All his food recommendations were first-rate, and he even encouraged me ( not typically brave when trying new things) to get out of my comfort zone! I found myself eating seafood, which I always shy away from, and alligator! I cannot speak highly enough of this experience and only wish it had been my first tour instead of one of the last so I could have asked for other restaurant recommendations. Dominick shares his love of NOLA with you and you find yourself just wanting to walk the city with him to hear his stories. I 100% recommend it- you will not be disappointed!

Dominick was spectacular! His knowledge of New Orleans is impressive. He is very informative, welcomes all questions, drives safely and we were very comfortable not only in the vehicle but with Dominick in general. He has prepared a lengthy tour full of history and fun. We had the best time, well worth the money and highly recommend this tour!

What a truly awesome day we had with Dominic. Two brilliant and very different plantations and detours to show us the Garden District and different parts of the surrounding areas. Lovely lunch too. Dominick was our guide, he took us for a drive around the city of New Orleans and then to a swamp tour. He was pleasant, explained things very well and had pictures to help with his explanations. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire city drive tour. Then we were able to see the suburb’s and country as we took the highway out of the city to the swamp tour. The tour guide on the river boat was informative, we saw a lot of wildlife including alligators. It was a lovely day and we felt that we got more than our moneys worth for a full day of entertainment and education.

His knowledge of New Orleans is simply unsurpassed, including the history of the city, how the city has prepared itself for future hurricanes and excellent restaurant recommendations, including Tableau and GW Fins, 2 of the best restaurants in the French Quarter.

Dominick picked us up at the dock of The American Cruise Lines. He is a native and very knowledgeable. He gave us lots of information about the history of New Orleans. He found the perfect place for lunch. He found the perfect shops for souvenirs. He loves New Orleans and shared that love of the city with us. He was completely trustworthy, polite and friendly. Family of four with two teens. French Quarter tour on Dec 20, 2020 with Dominick Musso. Masks and social distancing were the norm still due to COVID, but that did not hinder our tour in any way. Dominick was an absolute wealth of knowledge and a true professional. It's clear he love New Orleans and its rich history. We spent ~3 hours walking and stopping to learn all about the French Quarter. HIGHLY recommend booking Dominick! A tour with him makes a walk around the city much more informed and enjoyable. So thrilled we decided to book with him and take a tour of the city. Hope COVID is under control sooner than later and tourism can return to the city with gusto.

We were so pleased with our two, half-day tours with Dominick. Because of COVID-19, we were unable to do a driving tour with him, but he did an excellent job of adapting his tour. He contacted us by phone and email in the weeks before our visit to keep us updated on what was open and making sure he could show us the things we wanted to see. He grew up in New Orleans, and he has boundless knowledge about the history, people, geography, and sites. We would highly recommend him for your private tour.

What a great experience! Dominique was very thorough in his knowledge not just of Oak Alley, but of many many topics of NOLA and the surrounding areas. He was quite a joy to travel with. He is an excellent driver and we enjoyed our day immensely!

We spent 3.5hrs in the company of our fantastic guide, Hank. This true gent’s knowledge was second to none and the time literally flew by. His stories and recommendations were all excellent. Cannot recommend enough. If you are at all interested in the history of the French Quarter, Hank’s your man.

I decided to do this tour less than 24 hours before the start time, Dominick made this tour fit our timeline. Dominick was wonderful and even picked us up at our hotel. He was early for pick up. His van was very clean. He has lived in NOLA most of his life and truly loves this city. We saw so many things that I had never heard of in my 20 years of coming here. His knowledge of NOLA is endless. If you want to get a complete history of the city and see things most dont ever think about this is the tour for you. From history of how the city was first built to why the Garden District exists, we covered it all through maps, pictures, and his long history here in NOLA. Our only complaint is we did not have more time with him. I need to spend three days with him! It was a great way to spend a wonderful evening with a new friend. We will be back! If you love history and amazing conversation you will not be disappointed.
