Earnie was our guide and he was amazing! He was very informative and knowledgeable about the area, the boats and the living things around! He was even able to educate our tour about the Spanish moss and sharks! He was confident in his skills driving his boat and was clearly well experienced. He gave us a really good experience and I would absolutely recommend this company, but definitely Earnie as a guide!

Transportation from Canal was fun, bus driver was very informative and funny. Swamp boat, covered pontoon, was comfortable with a nice breeze and cover, luckily no rain this time. Captain Ernie was a lot of fun, very knowledgeable and made it a great trip. Definitely recommend his boat.

The tour was wonderful and well organized. I really enjoyed with airboat trip. Especially, I would like to thank our captain Earnie. His lecture on gators was amazing. He is knowledgeable and entertaining.

This is by far a MUST DO when you go to New Orleans! Captain Ernie was amazing with exhilarating driving, lots of alligators, and so much knowledge! I’ve learned my lesson about wearing white around the gators and spreading the word not to ever feed them (unless it’s a marshmallow to get their attention in a nonresidential area 😁). My wife was so excited after this trip she had to give the captain a huge hug.

Our tour guide was excellent . Very knowledgeable and tried really hard to find animals for us and keep us entertained despite the rainy weather. We originally booked the small group air boat tour but due to weather, they gave us the option to switch to a bigger boat with a roof. Thank goodness and they even gave us a partial refund . Definitely don’t hesitate to book them !!

Captain Jason was excellent Very entertaining very knowledgeable very passionate about the swamps with a serious message too He knew exactly where to find the biggest Alligators

Very good start to finish! Transportation was timely enough and picked us up from our hotel. Drive was 30ish mins to the site. Tour was very good and tour guide was amazing with knowledge and being able to coax the gators out for everyone to get a photo. There was a shop at the end to get memorabilia and other food options which we did not partake. Definitely a must do if your in the area! Shout out to Captain Dewey for all his expertise and for a guaranteed g good time!

CAPT Ernie gave us the tour of our lives. His knowledge of the area and wild life especially the Aligators was superb. The Airboat ride was thrilling also.

Captain Ernie was fantastic! So knowledgeable about the alligators, (we saw lots!) such respect for the preserve and the wildlife, but also funny and fun. I highly recommend the airboat tour and Captain Ernie! Great experience!

We saw many alligators, 4 coyote, a raccoon and absolutely beautiful water birds in a real swamp. Guide really knew his stuff.

The trip was incredible. Firstly the pick up and drop off made it so easy and convenient for me and my family. Secondly our tour guide, Kenny, was BRILLIANT. Very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions. The tour was smooth and very enjoyable. We took so many amazing photos. A memory of a lifetime, couldn’t recommend more.
