Ulun Danu is so pretty. Floating on the lake we downloaded the self guided audio tour which walks you through each interesting area. We would not have known what we were looking at but this tour makes each area so interesting and tells the temples amazing stories and history. We were intrigued with the story of the largest pura too and the Buddhist stupa. Download the tour and listen virtually before you go and then listen again when you get there. This tour is so good because you get your see and hear the history of the ridge understand why there's such tall grasses. Look for the wildlife and hear about the villagers the river and beautiful temple and how the ridge was built. It brings the whole walk alive. Recommend for everyone!

A walk with a difference we followed the tour around the back lanes which took us past so many hidden little gems and points of interest. The lanes can be busy with cars and motorbikes and some areas were a little untidy but in between there’s stacks to see and learn. The walk set us up for wherever we go in Bali because you look at everything with fresh eyes and understand so much more about their culture. We loved the walk and are downloading others.
