There’s about 3-4meters of swimming at a time between climbing on rocks. Most of the water is about 1 meter deep but a couple times it was over 2 meters deep. At times the current is strong (as an adult swimmer I had to put some strength in it) but other times there’s hardly any current. I would not recommend for anyone under 13yr old or who cannot swim in deep water.
