On this half-day bike tour, you will get to visit an organic plantation, take a short trek to rice paddies, visit the locals, all while taking on a unique cycling route on a lesser known part of the island.
  • Spectacular views of Kintamani volcano and the Bali rice terraces
  • Easy downhill bike route: suitable for less-experienced cyclists
  • Choice of morning or afternoon departure
  • Great value: hotel pickup, lunch or dinner, and bike rental included
What to Expect
After pickup from your Ubud hotel, transfer to the starting point, close to the summit of the Kintamani volcano. Enjoy incredible views over the countryside, as you glide downhill, stopping to explore the plantations and learn more about Bali’s UNESCO-listed rice terraces.
There are plenty of opportunities along the way to admire the views and take photos, and your guide is on-hand to point out all the best viewpoints and offer an insight into local life and farming practices. As you near Ubud, pass through the famous handicraft villages and admire the vast array of arts and crafts on display, made using traditional weaving, wood carving, and silverwork techniques.
Your bike ride ends in Ubud, where you enjoy a typical Balinese lunch or dinner at a local restaurant, before being dropped back at your hotel.

Great afternoon out, cycling down hill With a friendly and informative guide. We got to see how the real Balinese people live and took in the tropical views whilst cycling through villages and rice fields and jungle.

Nice tour, could possibly be shortened (not that km are a problem, but you see a lot of the same thing. Shorter trip would provide more time to explore). Bike condition could be improved. Had bike malfunction 2km from the end, chain came off for...More
