For the most part an enjoyable tour but it lacks some professionalism. The first half of the day comprised riding mountain bikes through village streets, to a house where we were shown a backyard arak distillery in action (??), and then on to a lovely waterfall that offered serene views from the peak. As we departed the waterfall, my children continued to follow the guide however my wife and I were a little slower to gather ourselves. This resulted in the guide and my children being separated at the first junction with no indication of which way to proceed. While the villagers were friendly, their English was limited to pleasantries. Cognizant of our situation, we were compelled to call the office for support and were quickly rescued and reunited. This time delay meant that we were driven back to HQ. I couldn't help but wonder how things would have been different if the guide had ensured that our party remained intact by waiting at road junctions... The next half of the day was outstanding as we were passed on to BTR (Bali Tubing and Rafting) Adventures for what is a great half-day of rafting on the Telaga Waja River. Highly recommended. Finally, and perhaps not the lasting memory intended by Nana Tours, was an incident on the drive back to our accommodation when our driver collided with a scooter ridden by a middle-aged man and what appeared to be his young son. The riders were shaken but unharmed and proceeded on their way. However, our driver was incensed and chased the scooter through traffic, cutting it off and engaging in a roadside confrontation in front of both my family and the young boy. An unfortunate incident given the general congeniality of Balinese drivers, but ultimately, an entirely unnecessary spectacle.

What a great day. Awesome fun with a great guide . 2+ hours of beautiful scenery and a touch of adventure. These guys look after you well . If your not good with stairs. This is the place to go rafting. Also included lunch after . Best day.

Everything was great and well taken care of. I booked the tour very last minute at 11pm for 9 people for the morning of the next day. They were able to accommodate and took care of all the tour logistics! Highly recommended.

We booked this activity before we went to Bali, and it was everything and more than we were expecting. It started off with hotel pickup and the long drive up to the top of the mountains. We were then faced with a bit of a hickup, when they questioned my age, as there was a age restriction of 65. I am no where near 65 and I took offence to this. I even offered to show my drivers licence to prove my age, but it wa not necessary. I know that I don't look that old and it still hurts to be questioned like this. I am by far the fittest of the 3 of us and I proved this throught the ride. It was the best 3 hours of exchillerating fun you can have. I would recoment this activity to anyone, but please be aware that if you choose to use the zipline, it will cost you, and you will be asked to pay upfront for the photo's($20AUD). We didn't take much money so be aware of these things. After the ride finished, we were supposed to be given hot showers, but these were communal and all in one, then you went to change rooms to get dressed. This was not good. The lunch that we were given was traditional Balinese food, but the chicken sauce was all bones, and the veg was very spicey. Very dissapointing after such a great day.

We are from Aus and we used this tour operator for the ATV rides and for monkey forest. These people are very professional and service was seriously the best we had in Bali. Any tours you want to book you must book with them. Starting with pick up from a professional driver Fathur was amazing very accommodating and the ATV operators (Kuber ATV in Ubud) was so good that we went back and did twice in a week with my 10 yrs old and 16yrs old son. Monkey forest was nice but dont think its for everyone. Nice food provided with Kuber Atv operators and fantastic hospitality!!

I booked my trip from Seminyak to Nusa Penida and to Airport through Nana tour and their price was very low compare to my vast research!!! It was $32/person for Taxi and ferry round trip and they were so kind to drop my husband and I off at airport with no extra cost!!!!! Their taxi drivers are very punctual and polite too!!! Highly recommend anybody who travel from mainland Bali to nearby islands.

We did single ATV tour and it was amazing...this was my best ATV tour...the track is so adventurous, you go through caves, waterfall, rice field and many more off-road tracks, which was so fun...If you visit Bali then you should definitely do this tour, it will be one of your best memories... transport food shoes helmet all included...I will recommend to get the video of your whole tour which we did....it was amazing to watch later how you go through all this tracks...and last but not the least the staff, they are so friendly and funny...they will make your tour much much better.

My mom and I did the white water rafting that started with a zipline over a rice field. It was super fun! We stopped at a waster fall about halfway through, and there were a lot of waterfalls/rice fields to see along the way. It ended with a super yummy Indo buffet. Be prepared to get wet!

I have done ATV rides so many times but this was by far the best experience. Going through the caves, rice fields and the waterfalls was so much fun. You never no what’s coming next. Me and my husband did the single ATV which is better. The price includes lunch, they give you a locker for a deposit. They have showers to wash afterwards as you get muddy and wet. Boots and helmets provided. Team are friendly and nice. Easy to book. A must do with this company

The Tour was very well organized . Views were amazing . Our tour guide was very helpful and great with taking photographs . Overall , a very pleasant experience !

Found NanaBaliTour on google as we were looking for a fast boat from PadangBai to Gili Air. Messaged Thomas the day before we were meant to leave and he made everything so easy, driver was on time to pick us up from our hotel and all times given were correct. Also used them again for activities when back in Ubud. Would definitely recommend if you want things done with ease.

Very accommodating from initial transaction until the end of tour, their driver has initiative in taking pictures as well. It was a fun day trip! The food included in the tour has few options hopefully the local restaurant can offer other varieties, overall it was a pleasant day trip. Tiring but fun.
