Great way to explore the back roads around Kampot. The guide T was knowledgeable and great company - introducing us to people and places one would never find on our own. A great lunch stop as well ! The scooters were well maintained and T ensured we were all safe were the roads were a little less than perfect… Great trip, great guide and great tour company. Thoroughly recommend.

Pheap is such a knowledgable guide and knows the best parts of the Kampot countryside. He introduced us to locals along the route and they were more than happy to answer all of the questions that we had. I would highly recommend doing this tour!

Super day By scooter we are a family of 6. Two adults and 4 children of 12 years, 9 years 6 years and 5 years for my youngest I would like to point out that I myself had never driven a scooter and my children had never been on a scooter either. In short, as a real novice, our guides were angels. They immediately put me at ease and the children as well, it must be said that we were impatient to test the scooter in Asia. The day trip was great, we really enjoyed the temples, the rice field, the pepper plantation in Kampot (The plantation), really the place to see if you go to Kampot or Kep. A guide of the farm makes you a small free visit of half an hour with explanation and small tasting of the various pepper it is very interesting. I thank our guide to have taken us there and the way to go through the countryside is beautiful. In addition to that, we had a wonderful Khmer meal on the edge of a lake. In short a day to do with eyes closed Thank you again for this beautiful day spent with you. All the family loved it was a great day. I had a great experience with the Scooter Trails team! My friends and I had originally planned on renting motorbikes to check out Bokor national park but quickly realized that we had no idea what we were doing and no business riding a motorbike on a mountain. I stumbled upon scooter trails while looking for tour alternatives and I am so glad that I did! The guys from the team were safe drivers, full of fun stories, curious about learning english and very knowledgeable about Cambodian history and the various sites around Bokor. It was an amazing way to spend half a day and I can not recommend the experience enough!

Randomly I chose scooter trail with Rithy and boy he was a great guide. He rode the bike safe and slow knowing I’m riding slow behind him. He shared each attraction’s history in detail and with some political view which was very impressive. Spoke good English and was very friendly. Thank you Rithy scooter! Our tour was amazing thanks to the excellent guides. They were very explanatory and were kind enough to buy my sister juices on their own cost. This tour was extremely fun because of the Cambodian bike experience. I was scared to ride on my own so my guide drove for me. This is defiantly a must experience tour. The places at which we stoped at were something you would not see anywhere else.

Money was taken for me and my friend to do the bakor tour. On the morning no one came to pick us up. So I called them and was told “we aren’t running the tour in Kampot today”. So our day was wasted and I’m still trying to get a refund now. AVOID

I spent an afternoon in Kampot with Rithy and I really enjoyed it ! We did a motorbike tour through the rice fields, salt fields and pepper farms in Kampot and I had a great time. The landscapes were beautiful and Rithy gave me a lot of information about the daily life in Cambodia. I felt that he was happy to share his knowledge about his country. We finished the tour later than expected because we took our time and we were never in a rush, which was really pleasant ! Thanks Scooter Trails and thanks Rithy !

Navigating your way through a foreign country can be daunting, but it’s nice to find operators like Scooter Trails who are genuine and trustworthy. Today our young guide T (Rithy) put together a cool half day tour up Bokor Mountain on scooters. We relied on Trip Advisor to find this tour company, and as it is reasonably new, it didn’t have many reviews. We were uncertain at first, but please take confidence in this review that we had a super day and heaps of fun. T and his company are trustworthy, safe and genuine. Thank you T, today was a highlight of our trip.

This was one of the best things we did while traveling in Southeast Asia. Our guides were so friendly and we learned so much from them. They showed us so many things we would have never seen before, plus it was fun to get around by scooter. This is a must do while in Siem Reap.

Our tour guides were well informed and passionate and we saw a bunch of stuff that was really awesome. It was really refreshing being shown all the parts of Kampot that we wouldn't normally see. Thanks Heng! And sorry for driving your moped into a ditch...

We made the half day tour and our guide Rithy was very friendly. He took us to many beautiful and interesting places. His English was very good and he gave us many information. We had a great time and the scooter was in a good condition. We can recommend the tour to everyone. Thanks Rithy!

Myself and my partner had an amazing day with our knowledgeable tour guide Chenda! We booked for the 7 hour tour which included pick up and drop off from our accommodation, visiting a salt farm, a pepper farm, a cave temple, and Kep beach for a swim. It was really amazing value for the unforgettable experience we got in return. We also had the most amazing lunch at a restaurant where we were offered the opportunity to help with the cooking. It was brilliant to help prepare the fresh herbs and spices, make a fresh curry paste from scratch and to see how the local massaman curry, sweet and sour curry and beef lok lak is made. The food was remarkably quick to make and not at all labour intensive. It’s possibly the only time I’ve eaten at a restaurant and the food is freshly made to order from scratch in front of my eyes. Needless to say it was delicious. I had also never driven a scooter before but was given a quick tutorial in the morning by our guide and they are easy to get a hang of. Kampot is not scary to drive around on scooter as most of the tour is on quiet country road with little traffic. If you would prefer not to drive you can hop on the back of the scooter of the guide. The scooter tour was a perfect mixture of fun, activity, information and culture. Our guide was very thoughtful and easy going but informative. I recommend it to everyone visiting Cambodia who wants to learn about the culture and daily living of the people in a fun way. I only wish there was a scooter tour available in every country I visit.

This trip was amazing. Rithy the tour guide was great and took us to so many places you would not find or see on your own. Also you eat at a local type of restaurant under the mountain on stilts in the waters. Excellent setting. This trip is a must for anyone and riding the scooter is really easy and even if you ride a bike this will be fine. Thanks again Rithy.
