Worth a Visit Using a Navaho Guide
Our guide, Helen, was wonderful. She shared so much Navaho history and traditions. Navigating the terrain without her driving would have been very difficult.

Great scenery and setting, less than ideal tour guides
The landscape/caves were amazing. Our guide however provided very little information on the history, formation and changes over the years.

    Awesome Slot Canyon
Awesome slot canyon. There were about 35 people for our time, 12:20. We were split into 4 groups in 4 vans for a bumpy ride to the canyon. We were met by 4 guides that led us to the canyon. Each small group went in different directions so we didn’t crowd the narrow canyon. Our guide, Lana, was wonderful and helped us take pictures. We picked this over the more popular Upper Canyon because it is narrower and has less people.

Antelope Canyon is a beautiful example of nature’s gift to us all! We had the best, most enthusiastic, well informed, and interesting guide, Jane. The beauty of the canyon and Jane made it a wonderful tour!

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE 9:30 TOUR IF YOU WANT TO SEE ANTELOPE CANYON AT PRIME TIME, WHICH IS NEAR NOON.
PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE 9:30 TOUR IF YOU WANT TO SEE ANTELOPE CANYON AT PRIME TIME, WHICH IS NEAR NOON. THIS IS WHY THE TOUR RUINED MY ENTIRE TRIP: “Your booking is now confirmed for Antelope Canyon Prime Time Glen Canyon, Horseshoe Bend 4 hour Sightseeing Tour. Thanks again for booking with Tripadvisor” 1)THE 9:3O TOUR IS NOT PRIME TIME. PRIME TIME IS AROUND NOON I made this mistake because I did not read the fine print: it does say that the tour of Upper Antelope Canyon is at 9:10. Because it said it was a 4 hour tour, I thought that it meant the canyon tour was at the end of the 4 hour tour. 2) IT IS NOT A 4 HOUR TOUR; IT IS A 3 HOUR TOUR: It is advertised as a 4 hour tour, but we were actually on a 3 hour tour, as stated by every person doing the actual tour informed us. 3) USING THE TOUR WASTED OUR TIME: We got up a little at 6 a.m. to make sure we had eaten and checked out before we boarded the bus at 8 a.m. We got on the wrong bus, even after I pulled out my e-ticket, which the friver said I didn’t need yet. While waiting for the people at the next hotel (who did not get up early) it was discovered that we were not on the 4 hour trip, we were on the 3 hour trip—even though I showed them the booking receipt. We had to go back to where we started to get on the 3 hour tour bus. 3) I AM DOING YOUR RESEARCH FOR YOU: I did not do my homework. We could have driven to Antelope Canyon from PAGE, AZ in 18 minutes,8 miles from the town. It cost $100 if you buy it from Navajo Tours, $120 for the 11;15 prime time tour. Horseshoe Bend is 8 minutes. 5 miles from town. It costs $10 per vehicle. The Glen Canyon Dam Overlook is free. 4) DO NOT USE A THIRD PARTY Book directly through ANTELOPE CANYON NAVAJO TOURS. (929)691-0244, NAVAJOTOURS.COM, antelopenavajotours@gmail.com My bus driver connected me to an administrator of Navajo Tours who explained to me that, because I booked through a 3rd party, nothing could be done. The Antelope Canyon tour was great, the booking of this tour was a giant mistake on my part.

    The View and Loop Trail
We enjoyed driving the Loop trail. It is so beautiful and we stayed at the View Hotel. I loved going out on my balcony and seeing the Rock formations. I got to watch the sun rise which was so beautiful! I highly recommend going here.

Beautiful! It was interesting to see -- from outside you would never expect to find this! We had an excellent tour guide; I'm sure they are all good !!! They help you with camera settings to get the best pictures, and make sure you get time to take all the pictures you want.

Fantastic tour with the 3 must-see at Page, AZ
The tour was fantastic, we saw all 3 attractions in one day. Our guide, Dominik, was super friendly, helpful and explained us a lot of things. He gave us interesting information and insights about the Dineh (Navajo) culture. I can absolutely recommend this tour.

    Great tour.
Beautiful canyon walk. Lots of time for pictures. Easy walk but steep stairs were challenging for some. We did notice that our tour guide didn’t offer much information compared to the guide on group in front of us, who had a steady stream of info.

    It was okay
All in all the tour was okay. Didn’t start off well. According to Viator, they were supposed to include a bottle of water and the touring company said they didn’t do that. The tour guide seemed like he was bored and didn’t like his job. But the views were stunning. But I’m guessing the upper and lower antelope tours are better.

My niece and I took the 8am tour and we were in the last group that entered the canyon. This was an advantage as we could take pictures and not be rushed by another group behind us. Our tour guide Rico was an amazing guy who can do magic with your iPhone that you did not think was possible. He turned average pictures into amazing shots that you would think were taken with a professional camera. He was very willing to take group pictures or solo just for the asking. He knows exactly where to stand and the correct position to get the best shots. Rico made the trip from average to exceptional with his knowledge.

A great experience for us, even though a few negatives.
Our guide, Natasha, made all of the positive difference with her manner, knowledge, and experience. While there was a hint of a "cattle car experience" with the number of tour vehicles parked at the site, Natasha made us feel that we were on a very private tour and was never rushed, taking plenty of time to take pictures in the more iconic places.
We tried to gain the best experience by booking and paying for the more premium midday tour. However, we were informed only after the 6-mile drive to the entrance that the month of our visit (October) was not consistent with the advertised sun angle and resultant spectacular inside lighting and color.
The uphill climb at the exit from the canyon (back to our vehicle) was far more
strenuous and physically challenging than was described beforehand. This was not a problem for us, but any older or slightly physically limited tourists might have had quite a surprise with the difficult and challenging course of it.
We did return home with beautiful memories and stunning photos.

Seeing the Upper Antelope Canyon with Tse Bighanilini Tours and our guide, Lemoyne, was a spectacular experience! We would never have been able to capture the beauty of the canyon without the expertise of Lemoyne - who actually took the pictures on our cell phones himself for each party in our group. We went at 9:10 am and our pictures are amazing! The tour groups are small and spaced out. It was not crowded inside the canyon and we did not feel rushed.
I would highly recommend this tour!

I highly recommend not booking this tour. Even with the Covid 19 infection issues you are not allowed to get your money back or reschedule in our case a July 16, 2020 tour to a later time. In fact they will not answer their phone and have no voice mail box. USE SOMEONE ELSE!

Despite the pandemic, closed borders and containment, Wannar Travel Inc. is the only U.S. company that has refused the refund despite government directives. 2 weeks of email exchanges to finally get a refund with 15% fee. I absolutely do not recommend this company. Wannar Travel Inc is abusing this global pandemic and proves that it has no ethics.

I rarely leave reviews, probably have done it 2-3 times in all my traveling but this experience unfortunately requires it. Reading all the negative reviews prior to booking, made me think twice about this tour.

Everything i read unfortunately turned out to be 100% true. Our tour guide was Wyatt, and we felt that we were rushed through the whole experience. Dont get me wrong, it is ridiculously expensive but you pay for the experience. The LEAST they can do (for $176) is provide enough time for guests to take pictures and enjoy the tour. We felt rushed to the point where we did not have time to take pictures. He constantly took our phones and took pictures of what he thought was nice. And to make matters worst, when we tried to take pictures he was waving his hands/ not allowing us to take a picture and threatening to leave us behind and have us walk back… talk about customer experience. To top everything, I feel like they do not care AT ALL about their customers and that is what makes it awful.

I know this review wont change anything but this is for future customers, just a friendly heads up of what you are signing up/paying for.

Dear customers, thanks for your feedback. We apologize to you for the service provided by the tour guide. We care about every guest's experience and feedback. This issue has been reported to the onsite operator manager. We will continue to improve our travel experience and apologize again to you. Please note that tourists will only be stopped by the tour guide when they take off the mask, as this is from government regulations. But no matter what, this is the service we need to improve to make every customer satisfied. All the best,

Trip Advisor is charging you more than double to book through their website ($330 for my wife &I). $80 @ the window. 7:30 a.m. time window had many, many available slots. We were told to arrive 45 minutes early or your slot would be given to others - no refunds. Kinda shady, I'd say. We arrive more than 45 minutes early so we don't forfeit our money, or worse, the experience (which was beautiful). Gate is closed, no employees have arrived when parked on highway with other cautious guests at 6:40 a.m.. Employee shows up to open gate after 6:45 and then we wait in line to get our tickets. You don't get tickets in advance. You pay in advance and are given instructions to arrive at the ticket office. Several employees start rolling in but tickets office is still closed. Finally at 7:00 - ticket office opens and a rude woman starts handing out tickets - zero customer service skills and not a pleasant person at all. Highlight of the morning was meeting our guide, Roger. Knowledgeable, kind, fun, etc. He likes his job and likes people. Gave us a fantastic tour and really turned my the event from sour to sweet. Pro tip: If you're staying for a couple of days - walk up to window at 7:25 and it'll be a much better time than a knucklehead like myself who paid double and waited almost 60 minutes for the same experience as a walk up customer!?!?!

Dear customer, Thanks for your feedback and we are sorry to receive this comment. Our price details are disclosed on the page. This includes: Navajo Nation Permit Fee, Navajo Sales Tax and Booking Brokerage Fee. Window prices also need to pay these two fees. We just have an extra Brokerage Fee, but it lets you plan your trip and time better in advance. As is known to all, Antelope Canyon is a very popular attraction. Its tickets are often sold out a month in advance. So we believe that buying tickets in advance is one of the best choices during the trip.

We toured Lower Antelop Canyon first which was amazing. Then we toured Upper Lower Canyon around 1:30PM which was not the prime time for Upper Canyon. The prime time is around 11:30AM to 1PM according to the tour guide when the sun is directly above the Canyon and exhibits a special lighting effect. Since our time was not prime, I personally do not feel it's any different from Lower Canyon. And actually, I believe the Lower Canyon was better especially for the high price we paid for the Upper Canyon. So my personal opinion is if you can get into the Upper Canyon during prime time it may be worth the money, otherwise just visit the Lower Canyon. It's just as good if not better. Also if you only have time for one Canyon or don't want to spend too much money visiting Antelope Canyons, I will just do the Lower Antelope Canyon!

They ask you to arrive way more in advance of what’s needed, they have you waiting in a very uncomfortable place. Then they put you in a bench in the pickup of a large truck, hot, dusty and very, very bumpy, almost dangerous, no belts, no handles to grab, nothing. Not recommended for old people or kids. Then our guide didn’t explain almost anything while we were able to see the other guides receiving a lot of information. Some people tipped the tour guide in advance so she was like their personal photographer and the rest had to take pictures very fast and treated very different, despite the really expensive tickets, way more than as advertised. Then the ride back to the parking was the same, hot, dusty, bumpy.

The only good thing was the canyon itself, really nice place and sights, but the operator is really damaging its image, try to go with another tour if possible

The only nice thing is the place itself, beautiful canyon and sights, but the operator and guide experience really damages it
