We booked the trip for 6 family members and we were the only ones on the tour. Nathan was a great guide. He seemed to really enjoy his job and was full of information. Some of the stories were disturbing but definitely worth while! Yet, even with that he made it fun. We got to use an EMF meter that “went off” multiple times! Would recommend to anyone looking for a tour. Just be advised: the info says for the Mercer House: “As you traverse its ornate halls, you'll feel the weight of lingering spirits and the chill of unseen eyes upon your back” which lead us to believe you would be entering the house, which you didn’t. And for the Armstrong House: “As you traverse its grand halls and explore its hidden corners, you'll find yourself transported to a time of grace and splendor” leading us to believe as above that you would be entering, which you didn’t. That being said it was still a great time. Nathan asked where we were from, what we did back home and even offered to take our picture in front of the Forsyth Park Fountain! It was well worth it!

Ms. Victoria was amazing. She is very knowledgeable, and made the ghost tour so fun. We highly recommend her to anyone going to Chattanooga. Thank you Ms. Victoria for everything!!!

The guide had a lot of stories about the haunted Chattanooga. Very little activity but we did finally catch something at the end. Stories were told in a respectful manor with just a touch of mystery

Can not say enough about how AWESOME Vicki's tour was last night. You can tell she enjoys what she does!! Hands down I'll be telling more people to buy a ticket and tour with her.

Had a fun time. Savannah has so much haunted history and Hazel really enjoys showing people around and telling the stories.

We thought it was a scam at first. The guide was late, no business at the meeting place had ever heard of the ghost tour, and the phone number to call was disconnected. It was a very short tour. We only walked down one street then back again. We would not recommend this tour to anyone else. You get more info walking on your own and reading the historical plaques. Most of the ghost stories were us telling stories about what happened to us in front of the group.

We had such and amazing time!!!!! The tour guide was very informative and super nice! Me and my teenagers were talking about it for days!

Victoria Nyx gave a very interesting tour experience and I would highly recommend!! She was very engaged and personable providing history with folklore! Definitely will be doing this again!

I would avoid this tour company. I bought a ticket for a ghost tour on Eventbrite, only to receive an email a 2 hrs beforehand that the event was canceled and I will receive a refund. Cool, no problem. However, it has been since Dec 9, and still no refund. The email correspondence has stopped completely.

Purchased 4 tickets on November 1, 2023 for a December 23rd tour at 7pm. We took a Christmas trip to the Savannah area and thought this might be a fun experience for my family. My kids had been looking forward to this tour. While on the way to meet the tour guide at 6:00pm we received an email that the tour was canceled and a refund was issued. No explanation, no advanced notice, nothing. Our tickets were purchased almost two months in advance and a late notice cancellation was issued without warning. The company policy reports that they will not provide a refund if the customer cancels; no exceptions, yet the company can cancel with little explanation or notice. I will never book through this company again.
