Great walking tour. Being able to sample so many scrumptious restaurants while getting some history behind how the food scene has evolved into what you see today was very enjoyable. Our guide was very knowledgeable and energetic. It ran ontime, the group was small and manageable (we had a total of 8, I think they'll go up to 10), and the price was right in line with other companies offering food tours. Would definitely recommend.

My favorite part was tasting the amazing food! It gave us a chance to sample various options while learning something new. We met some great people from all over the country and our tour guide, Brenden, kept it fun and interesting. Highly recommend him and the tour! I would recommend going early in your visit, because you may end up going to places you have already been!

My husband and I took this tour this past Saturday and we couldn’t have been more pleased! We were treated to a variety of delicious foods at many wonderful restaurants! What made the tour even more enjoyable was our wonderful guide, Brenden. Not only was he knowledgeable but, Brenden was extremely entertaining and kept the group laughing throughout. We had a great time and I would recommend this tour to anyone who loves to have fun eating great food!

We compared tour companies before booking and went with this one even though it cost a bit more because it looked more established and had more reviews. Compared to food tours we have taken in other cities, it wasn’t a great value for our dollar. The food at the first stop was a great start, but the rest of the stops weren’t as good. We weren’t hungry at the end, but other tours we have been on had more substantial tastings.
The COVID restrictions were a little lacking. Masks were required going into restaurants but we were then seated with other members in the group and space was tight. When we made our reservation the site said the group would be limited to 8 people, but there were 12 in our group.
Brenden our guide was very fun and personable. He did a great job.

This was a nice tour. The guide was professional and shared a bit of information about the area and about each restaurant we visited. He was also very patient with my elderly mother who needed a bit more time to get around. I would recommend this tour to my friends visiting the area.

This was so much fun! Our guide Brenden was upbeat, funny, knowledgeable and could make a living doing voiceovers in different accents. We visited six different food locations with a few stops along the way to learn a little about Savannah history. I enjoyed all the food but the stop at River House was my favorite. Portions were decent size and by the end of the tour I was stuffed. Walking from stop to stop was easy and not too strenuous. I highly recommend this tour!

Kelly was a fabulous host on our tour today. As a retired chef she added so much info to each stop. Also a ‘life-long’ resident of Savanna she provided very interesting information on the city.
There are 6 stops included with a great local variety of tastings. All were favorites!! If your tour includes Little Crown be ready for a treat & find out how many layers make a truly flaky croissant crust. Just one of many tidbit facts you’ll learn.
To sum it up…. This tour gives you not only great tasting opportunities but a lay of the land to further explore Savanna.

My husband and I did both the Walktails and Bar Bites Happy Hour tour and the First Squares Food tour and loved them both! What I didn't realize about Savannah was that it's not a city known for ONE specific kind of food, but come to find out it's got a huge VARIETY of food. These tours give you an idea of that wide range is and we really enjoyed them.

While neither of us are big drinkers, the Walktails tour was fun, starting with the Prohibition/speakeasy feel that the city has deep roots in. The sampling of drinks and eats was just enough to make sure we didn't get completely trashed. Our tour guide was funny and had great insights for spots all over the city.

The First Squares tour we loved even more, just because each dish we tried was tasty and they were each so different! The sampling we got was plenty for lunch, and the locations were well-chosen to get a good feel of just what Savannah has to offer. Our guide was great here as well, and she provided just enough information about the city that we were curious to find out more after the tour was over.

If you only can do one tour on your visit, I highly suggest the First Squares tour (but do both if you can!). Thanks for an awesome time, guys!! :)

We had an awesome time on this trip! We took the tour with another couple, and we all enjoyed it. Our tour guide, Brendan, was fun and informative. We had 5 different restaurant tastings and a last stop and samples at a honey store. My favorite stop was The River House- crab, lobster bisque. Yum! Highly recommend.

This is our third trip to Savannah, and we were looking for something different. Our group’s age range was 16-51. Being that we all enjoyed the south’s food options we were looking forward to this experience. It didn’t disappoint!! For those of us that could enjoy alcohol, we appreciated the drink suggestions at each stop that offered adult libations. The food was yummy and enough to meet our lunch needs. Josh was our guide and he was fun and engaging. He provided some great suggestions on other fun stops we all could enjoy (restaurants, bars, shopping, etc) while in Savannah as well as interesting facts and stories about each stop and the area. One highlight was at the Prohibition Museum and the “Charleston” mirror (don’t want to give it away as it is a funny prank for sure!). All-in-all, this tour was a good time and the three hours spent went quickly. Would definitely recommend to others (16 and up).
