We provide special ghost hunting gear and guidance as you conduct the “inquiries” in a dark and spooky “haunt” known for its spectral activity. Our old school Ghost Hunt is preceded by our popular Ghost Walk, highlighting battle history and tales of specific hauntings along the sidewalks and alleyways of this historic old town. This 50/50 tour is for the truly adventurous! Includes some uphill and uneven pavement. No children under 12 please.

      Family Friendly History Tour
It was an interesting look at how the battle, wounded and dead soldiers impacted the town. And how the trauma of those events continue to impact the area. Ken was very knowledgeable.

      Fun Family Experience!
Our tour guide was very informative, a good storyteller, and funny stuff! I love how she dressed up in period clothing and how she carried around a lantern. She told us things we had no idea about, which was awesome! We had a really great time and would definitely go again!

      Great Family Experience
We chose this to go with our kids (ages 10, 13) and they really liked it. Ken, our guide, got both the kids and parents involved, and told very interesting stories. It's a little spooky, at times, but really good for a family night out.

      Family Ghost Tour
This was a GREAT family friendly ghost tour! Ken was our guide and he was a great story teller. He gave our 8 and 9 year olds enough of a story to keep them intrigued and not too scared. Will plan to do this again on our next trip to Gettysburg.

      Recommend!
Highly recommend. Our guide, Ken, provided a balance of history and ghost tales to keep us enthralled. The walk was just enough to make us want to explore more of Gettysburg.

Ken, our tour guide was amazing!
Ken was our tour guide and he was amazing! We’ve been on several ghost tours in Gettysburg over the years and he was the best. His knowledge about the battle was invaluable. I learned a lot.

      Great storytelling
We chose a family friendly ghost tour. Ken was our guide and he did an outstanding job! He was an excellent storyteller (spooky & haunting mixed with history). Definitely recommend this tour.

      Best for kids!!
Our tour guide was amazing! We were a family of 6 (2 teenagers, my husband and I, and 2 five year olds). He was so fantastic to all age groups and very knowledgeable. It was a welcomed mix of history/ghost stories.

Really not that great. Try another tour.
I’ve been on other ghost tours. I usually really enjoy the stories and history that typically make up some of these tours. Unfortunately, this tour didn’t really include much of that. The guide didn’t seem to have a great deal of knowledge to share. He kept making comments about past tours and random jokes directed towards different sport teams. To top it all off, he made several pro-Trump comments throughout the tour. Maybe try focusing on the ghost tour dude! The tour basically involved walking around a block and then going down a dark alley. We literally spent the last hour of the tour down the end of that dark, back alley conducting a “ghost hunt”. We were pretty bored after about 15 minutes of “hunting”. I was really hoping that we would have a really great time with this tour, but I would recommend skipping this one and not waste your time. We pretty much finished it because we had already paid for it. I suggest spending your time and money on a different tour.

History & Chills with an Exceptional Guide
We wanted a night tour of Gettysburg and chose this one because it featured history and haunts. Our guide, Ken, greeted us as we arrived - he was one of the few guides in the immediate area who knew exactly who he was waiting for and proactively welcomed us all. Ken was generous with his time and extensive knowledge of the historical aspects and definitely knows how to captivate an audience for the chillier moments. He also is mindful of families with children and will tailor the experience per the parents' wishes. Highly recommend the tour and think you'll be lucky if Ken is your guide for it!

      Very good tour with Kendra
Kendra was a fantastic guide! She is a very enthusiastic story teller that makes you feel like you are right in the middle of her stories. There is something to be learned at every step and corner and Kendra does a great job of informing you about all of it. She has lived in Gettysburg for 16 so she also shares some of her own experiences and stories along the way. Definitely worth it and would recommend for everyone.

We got to walk to some interesting homes and listen to some great stories. Would have liked to been able to go inside somewhere to explore. This is great for younger children though.

Exceptional service, not only did our guide wait 45 minutes after the scheduled start time while we had some of our group looking for a bathroom, but he stayed with us overtime while we were getting some responses. The tour started at 10 and was supposed to go until 11:30, but he was flexible enough that we started 10:45 and went until 1:30. While we were waiting, he continued to give us more stories and elaborate on the history we had heard. Knowledgeable about the history as well as the paranormal aspects to Gettysburg, I cannot recommend this highly enough. Specifically the guide Marc (with a c!).

I would guess that many people take these Gettysburg ghost tours as light entertainment. Or perhaps its because their seems to be dozens of “Ghost” tours in Gettysburg and its the only evening amusement available. If you are looking for a tour with a guide in period dress to walk you around the town at night and tell spooky stories about the houses (like the Farnesworth House) and give you goosebumps then then fine.
This is not one of those tours. Our tour guide, Marc was so matter-of-fact about what has actually been documented, both historically, and paranormally that he was completely credible. He wasn’t into telling stories. The purpose of this tour is to actually see if the tour participants can find some. Really. I’m a total skeptic and didn’t make contact with any, but it was a blast anyway. I won’t reveal the details about what you’ll actually be doing on this tour but its not passively listening to the tour guide. Give it try.

Exactly what we wanted to do and truly above and beyond what we expected. First Marc with a c was truly knowledgeable. The whole thing from the start was relaxed and laughs were shared. We started off the tour talking about historic houses in the area which are known for hauntings and gave us some history of the area. After that, the part we were looking forward to the most, the hands on investigating. We started with the rods which we never used before. Simple instructions. We then got to use other equipment and had an amazing experience with a “spirit” who was answering questions. The more interesting the question the faster the response at times. At one point we got to use the shadow box. My brother in law and I even heard a disembodied voice at one point. No one else was nearby. We definitely were the last of the few that stayed later and Marc was exceptional and the best ghost tour guide we’ve ever had (and we’ve done tons of ghost tours throughout the US). Giving us more information and answering all questions. We are partially a group of teachers, one being a history teacher, and we learned so much.

To sum it up, not just ghost stories. For anyone that wants more than scary stories and wants an immersive and unique experience, this is the tour for you.

Huge disappointment and waste of time/money! The girl who conducted our tour kept stopping her speech as if trying to remember the next line in her script. I paid extra to have an emf detector and after about 25 minutes into our hour and a half tour, I was told I had to hand it off to someone else in the group. They didn't even ask who paid extra to have one. What was I paying for if I could've had it randomly handed to me during the tour? Like others, I can't believe I wasted $75 on this lame tour.

The best part about this was the last 30 mins of using the equipment to hunt. The 1st 90 mins we stopped at 2 places for the guid talk about each house. It was extremely difficult to hear due to the fact that we are standing on a very busy street and also getting way off topic. We almost left the tour early. Wasnt our cup of tea, however the hunt saved our $25/pp investment.

Overall, it was an okay tour. We had two tour guides, Chrissy and Mark. Mark was late so Chrissy started the tour for us on time. Once Mark arrived he repeated all of the information that Chrissy had already told us. In my opinion there was way too much of a history lecture versus ghost talk and hunting. When we did finally get to the area we could use the paranormal equipment, the tour guide Chrissy started asking the spirits to use the spirit box to communicate with us. Voices were coming through but you couldn’t hear anything because the other guide Mark kept talking and talking overtop of what was coming through the box. For four of us it was $100. We could have watched the history lecture on YouTube for free and just done the ghost hunt for half the price half the time. The tour was 2 hours. We were told it would take an hour and fifteen minutes.

Our tour guide Marc was fantastic! He was a great storyteller and looked for the crowd to ask questions. He took the time at the end of the tour with our family when we stayed late to try and speak to a spirit. Our whole family really enjoyed the tour and would recommend it to anyone visiting Gettysburg.

Our tour was rescheduled From 8 to 9:30p, I tried to call the office ... no answer, we went to the meeting place in front of the drummer boy monument just before 8 and met with a tour guide who told use that the presenter for the ghost walk tour was ill and could not accommodate the tour. The reason we booked the tour was the time of the tour, 9:30 start was inconvenient timing as we had plans with friends that we had to cancel, so we walked around town looking at shops of which a majority were closed, wandering the streets due to this unexpected delay was an inconvenience.
The presenter of the tour was knowledgeable although understandably unprepared due to the cancellation, we waited for his grandson to bring the ghost hunting equipment, about a 20 minute wait, the presenter provided interesting facts about the battle that ensued on the sites we visited. I give this tour a zero for holding up their prearranged time and a 5 for presentation, so technically, this review is a 2.5.

My family including 3 teenagers went on the July 28, 20223 Ghost Hunt with Ghost Hunting Equipment. We had an absolute fantastic ghostly experience. Our guide Mark C. was so humorous and knowledgable of the area and history and about paranormal activities. I was a doubter to begin with but now a total believer. We communicated with multiple ghosts just with the diving rods. Once I felt like a bug was on my back but couldn,t find one. I asked the ghost if he was tickling my back, and the ghost responded with a yes. Others got verbal respionses on the voice boxes.

Marc was exceptional. He gave an amazing tour full of history, facts, paranormal stories and shared his experiences. We got well more than our money’s worth and will definitely do this again. All other ghost tours just tell the stories but this experience allows you to get immersed in the ghost hunting experience. Marc was very respectful of the spirits and informative to the group on best practices to communicate. Obviously passionate about his job and sharing this experience. 10/10 highly recommend.
