Our personalized three-hour tour was informative and interesting. Would highly recommend this experience for anyone interested in learning more about Gettysburg. In addition, the museum was interesting.

I mistakenly bought tickets to the Gettysburg Heritage Center thinking that it was the main visitor's center. What a lucky mistake! A really nicely laid out museum with several immersive experiences. Easily on a par with the visitor's center we had intended to book with. (Do both!) Be sure to watch the 15 minute mini documentary - it really helps clarify the history. Give yourself somewhere between 1-2 hours to enjoy this semi-hidden gem.

Our your guide Larry was exceptional! He provided a personal tour that made history come alive. We recommend this tour (especially with Larry) to experience and learn more about Gettysburg.

My father is a civil war buff, so we decided to do a 5 day tour of the eastern theater of the civil war. Key to this is obviously Gettysburg. So I booked a a small group tour of the battlefield with Chris Brenneman in our car (about 4 hours). He was absolutely outstanding! His enthusiasm and encyclopedic knowledge of all aspects of the battle and surrounding history really was the highlight of our tour. We could not have gotten 5% of the history from trying to do this ourselves. If you really want to understand this pivotal battle in the civil war, I would book this guided tour.

We toured the museum for the second year in a row and were really pleased with the film and the exhibits. The cellar experience in the museum was pretty amazing. The staff was friendly, helpful, and polite. And the gift shop had a wide variety of books and other items. Well worth the visit and it had great parking.

We reserved a 4-hour enhanced battlefield tour weeks in advance to ensure that we were able to get a guide and spend the day touring the battlefield and learn more about the history of the civil war. The day of the tour, we get to the departure point only to be told that the tour has been unceremoniously canceled, without any prior notice. The folks at the Heritage Center did not find a new guide for us, instead making us run around to other places, which had guides already booked out for the day. The last-minute cancellation left us without any other options to have a personalized tour of the battlefield, thus wasting our entire day. The terms and conditions for booking the tour explicitly mention that "All tours take place rain or shine. The only circumstance for a guide to cancel is an official closure of the Gettysburg National Military Park" and demands that customers can cancel their reservation only upto 72 hours in advance. But they can, and will, cancel your tour FIVE MINUTES AFTER it is scheduled to begin without so much as an apology. We sorely regret reserving a tour from here and will recommend everyone to get a guide from anywhere else but here. This place will waste your time. Our group did a Private 2 hour Tour of the Battlefield and Museum. Our guide Eric Linblade was PHENOMENAL!! He was Very knowledgeable and personable! The way he told the story kept us all engaged and wanting more! The museum was a Great way to see the battle through the eyes of the people who experienced it!

We did the private 3 hour tour of the battlefield and the museum. Our guide, Mike, was extremely knowledgeable and personable. We would highly recommend this tour. It helped us decide what parts of the battlefield we wanted to go back and explore more in depth. After the tour was complete, we went to the museum, which we also highly recommend. It gives you the perspective of the townspeople and how the battle impacted their lives not just during the battle, but for the months following.

We booked the personal 3 hour tour. The guide travels in your car and takes you round the battlefield. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave us a fantastic insight to the battle as it progressed. Everyone thought this was one of the highlights of our holiday. He answered all our questions and spent time walking parts of the battlefield to point out the most important developments. Just excellent.

We went through the Heritage Center after scheduling a 3 hour tour of the battlefields. I enjoyed the history and the way it was presented at the Heritage Center. The day we were there, there were some folks chatting about battlefield medicine and life in camp - they were fabulous and we learned a lot from them. It is well worth the trip.

A lot to see at each venue . Started here did the driving tour ,didn't think I would make the walking tour. I did walk on hollow ground at Pickett's Charge. Movies don't do it justice.

We booked a 3 hour tour with a certified guide. We have been to Gettysburg numerous times and have even had a guide on several occasions. Tom did such a great job. Even with the number of times my family has visited Gettysburg, we came away feeling like we learned a lot and had such a great time on our tour.
