The tour was fun and informative. The guide was knowledgeable and open to answering questions. Although it was January and the weather was cold for a walking tour, I am so glad my family and I took this tour!

Let me just start by saying that Seamus is an exceptional historian. – We took this tour on a cold, blustery November day and while the weather was brutal, we hardly noticed because Seamus made our tour so fun and so educational. We learned so much about the history of the United States and Philadelphia in particular. When we asked questions, Seamus was always on-point with accurate historical information. I will honestly say that we took several other tours in Philadelphia (including an Italian Market Food Tour) and this is the only tour that was worthy of my review. Thank you, Seamus, for the most pleasant adventure. Our family enjoyed this tour so much. To all other people scanning reviews: if I had to pick one tour in Philadelphia, this would be the one. Seamus will take exceptional care of you and you will have the most delightful time!

What a great tour! I loved hearing all of the detailed stories about the history of where our country was founded. You hit all the hotspots and some unexpected places where you'll be the only ones walking there. I was able to take my dog along which is a huge bonus and very good him :) I really wish I could remember the young lady's name that did the tour-- she was truly a gem and knew her stuff like she lived it. I would do this again just to do it again. So worth it!!

Good summary tour but would have liked to be able to tour inside some of the buildings on the tour not just see outside. Good overall landmarks.

My kids are not vaccinated. Is proof of vaccination needed for any of the stops on the tour? They’re 9 years old.

I was wondering the approximate mileage walked for the tour. Although I'm an avid walker for fitness I'm currently nursing a back I jury that doesn't afford me to walk more than a mile or two at a time. Thanks

I didn't clock it either, but many of the stops have a bench or chair for sitting down to rest your feet.

I'm trying to get a sense of the mask policy for different sites and tours. Can someone tell me how much of this tour requires wearing a mask? Thanks.

Very little time was spent with a mask, because we were outside and the group is small enough to allow adequate space for safety. A couple kept theirs on by choice, but they were the only ones.
