Amazing trip!!!!!! Every seat was a window for our part and no bad views!!! Would definitely do it again!!! I highly recommend it!!

The views are definitely amazing! Be aware, that there are 6 people in the helicopter + the pilot. Everyone pays the same amount of money, but one is in the front with the pilot (VIP seat…) and the other one sits on the middle sit in the back - not sure if this is fair for everyone! Also, you are not allowed to take pictures on the helipad, which is part of the experience, but you can buy an extra photo taken by the operator for extra 30USD. Well… when paying so much, it would be nice to get something complimentary. So overall a good experience, but probably would not do it again.

This was a treat for my daughter after completing her exams. She was thrilled with the experience. The ground crew were friendly and professional, the pilot put everyone at ease and gave a great tour .

recently took a helicopter tour of Manhattan, and it was absolutely breathtaking! The views from above were unlike anything I've ever seen. We flew over iconic landmarks like the Statue of Liberty, Central Park, and the Empire State Building. The pilot was knowledgeable and provided interesting commentary throughout the tour. The experience was smooth and exhilarating. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting New York City!

Very friendly staff from booking, to ground crew, pre flight and flight. The pilot (Brandon) was super friendly, personable and informative. Seeing Manhattan from the air is a must and Charm Aviation made it a breeze. We were also really lucky to have the perfect weather for the flight. We took the Big Apple Tour which actually seemed like a pretty long flight. Thanks

The actual views etc were incredible and it was a great experience. The only issue we had was our flight was pushed back from 2pm - 2:30 due to bad weather at 9AM that day delaying other flights. Totally get that they can’t control the weather but it would have been good to be notified of the delay prior to arrival as we got there at 1:20 (the email says to arrive 30 minutes before) meaning we wasted the better part of an hour of our day. However we were given our pictures for free as a result so they did make this upto us. Overall great experience just communication of the change could have been better.

Due to unseen circumstances, my original flight time was cancelled,but after a couple of emails to and fro, Charm Aviation managed to accommodate me on the same day,just at a later time.. Great response from them when I first started communications over re-booking in with them.they went above and beyond..and as for the flight and experience itself...well, wow! it was smooth the pilot was informative and encouraged questions and chit chat throughout the flight.. The views of manhattan are just BREATHING! It was a lifetime ambition to do this and Charm Aviations made every part of the experience one I'll never forget..what an experience

Was given thus as a gift from my wife and children for father's day and my birthday. An unbelievable experience. Our pilot was great, knew I was a little scared as never done this before, but he made me feel at ease. If you get the chance , do it, you will not regret it.

Great fun. Everything is well organised, safety briefing is short but very clear so enough to make you feel comfortable not scared out your mind. Staff were friendly and helpful, everything clearly explained. Helicopter looked nice and clean and modern, pilot was great, friendly, gave useful information and answered any questions people had. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend Charm Aviation NYC.

The ride is just as described - you‘ll fly above the water right by the skyline of New York. For the most impressive and stunning view I would def recommend buying a ticket for golden hour, sunset, sunrise or early night or morning. That’s when Nee York will be most impressive - we loved seeing the lights right at sunset. The place is super easy to find and very close to a lot of attractions in New York. By far one of the best experiences I‘ve had yet!
