    Tour with Alex in MET
Really recommend to have Alex as a tour guide as he so passionate about museum- he lives and breathes MET so knows so much about art, history and museum it self! Left museum with excellent amount of knowledge! Thank you.

    Calm Tour
Went on the Miami Skyline 90 min Cruise of South Beach Millionaire Homes & Venetian Islands on Wednesday 21. February 2024. Starting off: - they made clear instructions on where to find the docks but it was confusing on where you need to go to check in and to which line you need to get in for your specific tour. - boat was a nice size. Limited seating but to really enjoy the views its better to stand anyways. They have a front viewing area and a whole upper deck. You are also able to stand on the sides and back of the boat for seeing. - they had a bar on the boat. Pretty standard price for Miami. - it was a nice tour. I went for more of the island watching and enjoying the evening with a nice boat ride. It was interesting to hear about a couple of famous people that live around there. - the tour person was very friendly and lively. She spoke in english and then in spanish when giving the tour. She cracked some jokes and played music that complimented specific houses nicely. - really wished they offered the picture they take of you for cheaper but not a huge loss if you just dont buy it. (They try to sell it to you for $20) - bring cash for tips for the tour guide after the tour! *will you have the best time of your life? No. Should you still do it? Go for it. Its not that expensive and even if you arent curious about the homes, its a nice little tour of the area. We were able to see the sunset. Was a nice calming activity to do before dinner.

A must see Christmas event for family !
They are adorable, amazing, awesome. I'm sure they do so much training and rehearsals to be so organized and precise in their choreographies. Not one moment it gets boring. I was looking forward to see them for many years, and i would definitely watch it again! Loved them all!

    Potential Scam
I booked “Islamorada: Whale Harbor Sandbar Trip w/ Swimming” but when I showed up to the meeting point we were told that the trip was never scheduled and would not be happening. I have requested a refund through GetYourGuide. It seems that this company is a third party that charters through another company. Better to book through the actual boat charter here “Clearly Unique Charters”.

Night time tour take own food.
Great tour and good value for money. Don't waste your $ on dinning cruise it is far too over priced and you waste time away from the dinning table in order to capture your photographs. Get there early to secure an indoor seat in the winter months. Take your own drinks and snacks as they are expensive.

    Great trip out
Excellent experience. Great & easy booking. Trip itself was perfectly timed - not too long but enough to get the whole feel on NYC & Lady Liberty! Highly recommended.

Radio CIty Music Hall and The Rockettes!
My wife and daughters really enjoyed their first trip to NYC with this show being the highlight. A really cute and family oriented show that we would definitely recommend attending.

    The best tour guide!
Gail was such a knowledgeable tour guide! Being a life-long NewYorker, she gave us lots of history along with practical tips to get around the city and other things to see. Don’t miss the 911 Memorial! The fire station that lost 6 firemen is just across the street. Wouldn’t have known that if we had gone on our own. She also gave us much more information than is available without a guide. She guided us to the subway to get us back to our hotel from there. Much less expensive than Lyft! Loved having Gail!

Will rip you off. Unprofessional. Do not use.
Company did not take us on the tour we paid for. Had no guide available apparently. Took us on a much cheaper unescorted tour. Did not refund adequate amount to compensate. RIP OFF, SLY COMPANY. Do not use!

Did not get tour we paid for. Avoid this operator!
I booked this tour as it was advertised as fully escorted. When I arrived at the meeting point I was told that they didn’t have a guide available and couldn’t do the tour. We were told to join a tour (unescorted, no 9/11) that was leaving soon. It was basically just a guy walking with us across the road to the ferry. We were then left on our own to go to Liberty. I was told they would give me a refund. I paid $300 for the fully escorted half day tour. They refunded a ridiculously low $80. I contacted them via various channels and they never replied. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SHODDY OPERATOR

Not worth the money better options available
At night it is very disorienting as you have to walk around the back of what looks like a dodgy area to find a random queue in front of a boat with a different name. There was a staff member who barked at you to have your ticket ready. When we knew it was the correct place we stood for 25 minutes next to the boat in freezing temperatures. When we got on there was lots of seats and a bar . Outside they played a recorded commentary and that was good, inside music played so all good. Views amazing. The bar was run by a man who spoke no English so getting a drink took a bit of explaining, cash only. Downstairs they had food but had no hot dogs left (sold out earlier in the day. Would recommend an hour rather than 1.5 hours as you see liberty and then spend the rest of time inside boat as very cold. When you get back there are no cabs anywhere so be ready to hand around for an Uber.

    Ruined day !
Booked a snorkelling trip in Miami. The operator never showed up at the meeting point. A message was sent at the time I was supposed to be there, saying it doesn’t take place because of weather. Only got the message on hour later because I didn’t have Wi-Fi at the meeting point. Waited one hour for nothing, However weather was very nice. Stupid excuse most probably with too little participants.

Total waste of time and money!
We signed up for the Little Havana Street Art Tour. It was a total waste of time and money! The tour guide was 15 minutes late, and then combined 3 tours together, our street art tour, a food tour, and a cigar tour. We spent half the time waiting for the other tour people as they waited for food and drinks. The guide had no knowledge of any of the street art. He kept pointing and saying "there is some art, there is more art," with zero explanation. When one of my students asked for additional information about the people in the art he said, "I don't know, Google it." I could have done that without spending the money. We were looking for a "local expert" as advertised. Our guide said he had never even run our tour before, "he was from Jersey." We have requested a refund but have not gotten any response from the company. Do not waste your time and money. There are other much better and reputable tour companies available.

THE WORST OF THE 5 DINNER CRUISES I'VE TAKEN!
I've been on 5 of these cruises over the last 8 years or so, so i had a lot to compare it to. they were all good to very good--EXCEPT FOR THIS ONE ! Far and away THE WORST!. "VIP seating" ? 8 people at a table for 4 ! the boat was so crammed that while finally eating, people were brushing against us as they lined up for drinks ! extremely unconfortable, if we could have gotten off within the first 10 minutes seeing how they jammed so many people onto tht boat. food was ok, but no sausage & peppers as advertised, no real desert as advertised other than cheap cookies, no prosecco but they had the cheapest sparkling wine Andre. terrible dj who played a one dimensional serving a fairly diverse crowd--and at a decibel level that made it imposible to carry on a conversation ! NEVER AGAIN! AND WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK !!!
