I have booked hotel through agoda please before going through agoda it's very pathetic app Or website we book from the site with o e amount ty don't have proper communication to hotel what we book it won't be the fi al charge with family I have faced lot of trouble I booked for 4 udults and 2 kids but when i got my confirmation from agoda i hot 2 udults 2 rooms instead of 2 rooms 4adults and 2 kids when we call their customer care for help no body will response properly and ty ask for proof it happened 2 times for me not once I have tried every thing to reach them in vacation instead of to relax I wasted my time and got panicked with family so please ty are more websites please choose them not AGODA

I'm a firm believer in Fate and that we only ever encounter the people we are meant to. Therefore, I count myself very fortunate to have come across Ala'a, who is one of the nicest people you can hope to meet! He is the official driver for Banksy's The Walled Off Hotel in Bethlehem and, after promptly picking me up from there, we travelled together to Qumran and the Dead Sea for a half-day return journey. Not only is Ala'a kind-hearted and generous with his time; he also treats you like a friend and allows for an open and frank discussion about any subject matter, whilst driving with complete ease and professionalism to get you to your desired destination. I will certainly remember Ala'a with fondness and can wholeheartedly recommend you book a taxi-ride with him post haste!

I would have loved to review how our photoshoot went, but unfortunately we just were told it wont be happening! We booked ours through the website with Alexa months ago. After booking her available date, she asked if we could move it from a Friday to a Thursday as she would be leaving town that weekend. Although this is would move our photoshoot to the day we are arriving - just an hour after our hotel checkin - we wanted to remain flexible and agreed to the change. Alexa was in contact with us throughout the months to follow, including within the last 48 hours to confirm our meeting time, yet we woke up today to an email cancelling our photoshoot from a random customer service representative. The cancellation was due to the photographer "leaving town earlier than expected". Barring personal emergencies or COVID scares, this is completely unacceptable. With just a week before our scheduled shoot, we are now tasked to find a photographer who is available. There have been so many expenses that have gone towards this photoshoot, i.e. hair, makeup, spray tan, manicures, pedicures, clothing, etc. We're obviously so disappointed at what once was supposed to be the highlight of our trip, and are completely disheartened to have not even been told by the photographer herself. Although the customer service agent offered to help us book one of our "2-3 other choices" (suggesting we may end up paying hundreds of dollars for our 4th choice in photographer? No thanks.), we no longer trust this company and are requesting a full refund ASAP. Maybe we'd feel different had the photographer reached out themselves with an apology and possible solutions. I would not advice anyone to book with Shoot My Travel or Alexa.

Danielle was an amazing photographer who put me at ease and we had a lot of fun . She is knowledgeable , easy to work with and knows all the secret locations for the perfect shot will def recommend her for all your Vegas photography needs

Valerie was awesome! I'm so glad she was available to fit us into her schedule! We started my daughter's Sweet 16 birthday photo shoot at South Pointe Park and ended it at Wynwood Walls! I would definitely recommend letting Shoot My Travel/ Valerie take care of your photography needs while in Miami! You'll be happy that you did!
