If you want to try something a little different when exploring the history of NYC this is the tour for you!
We had an absolutely amazing time with Kelly on our tour around Stone Street. Kelly was a brilliant and well informed guide who offered us an insight into the USA which we had never known about. This was the highlight of our trip to New York and would highly reccomend this tour if you are interested in booze and history.

Had an amazing time with our great tour guide, Dylan. Learned a lot of fascinating history while drinking some tasty beverages. We walked the streets and sat in the bars where the American Revolution happened! There was a great selection of beer and hard cider, among the various stops on the tour. Would definitely recommend it to any fan of history or bars!

We spent an afternoon with NY Crawling and had an amusing, informative stroll to several pubs in downtown Manhattan. The guides (shoutout Harry & Dylan!) were not only educated but also entertaining.

Dylan was a great tour guide! Friendly, light hearted and provided of course tons of interesting information about stone street and pubs from the revolutionary War times and even before. Cool living history to know what happened in what is now a global finance hub.

This was a great activity. Our tour guide Sarah was terrific at balancing the historical information with fun conversation. She handled everything, so when you arrive at the bars, the guides have a table ready for you and they pick up the beers for you -- no waiting around trying to get the bartender's attention. Very seamless. My two cents would be to develop other and more tours like this that incorporate some local breweries -- Grimm and KCBC are very close together, for example, or maybe you go to the Other Half location at Rockefeller Center plus some nearby bars. But obviously it's hard to beat the Stone Street area for density of bars and American history.
Also, I went with my adult son. The drop-down on "Who was with you?" doesn't have that option so I put "Friends."

Pub crawl was very fun. Our guide Sarah was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. Beers recommended were excellent. Will revisit pubs at future trips to New York!
