Facial Extraction with Tina was absolutely worth the money, time, energy and the wait. They are usually booked 2 weeks advance but its worth it. Tina is very informative and gives great tips about facial. I am definitely her regular moving forward.

I recently purchased vouchers on Groupon from Skinova Medspa and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The fine print explicitly stated that customers were allowed to purchase up to three vouchers, which I duly adhered to. However, it seems that a grievous mistake occurred on their end, and they failed to honor the terms of the voucher purchase. What's truly disheartening is the utter lack of customer value demonstrated by Skinova Medspa. When I brought this matter to their attention, the response was not only unapologetic but also indifferent. The way they handled the situation left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. The mistake was on their part, and I expected them to rectify it promptly and professionally. Instead, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a refusal to honor the terms clearly outlined in their own fine print. It's disconcerting to witness a business that doesn't prioritize customer satisfaction or take responsibility for their errors. The level of customer service exhibited by Skinova Medspa was, unfortunately, subpar. The staff seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns and failed to provide any reasonable solutions. It's disheartening to see a company that values its customers so little, especially when considering the competitive market where customer loyalty is crucial. My experience with Skinova Med spa has left me with a bitter taste. I would caution others to carefully consider whether this establishment truly values its customers before making any purchases. A business that fails to honor its own terms and treats its customers with such disregard is not one that deserves your hard-earned money or loyalty.

This was the best facial ive ever had in new york. Tina was incredible. She asked details about my skin care routine and customized my facial to my skin goals and how my skin was actively reacting to products. It's been four days and my skin still feels AMAZING. It was beautiful and clean on the inside. 10/10 recommend!!!

I was greeted by smiling front desk at this luxurious little Medspa. My esthetician was so delightful and professional. She asked me what I wanted to focus on for my skin and the session was not only relaxing but also very informative. I loved learning about my skin and how I can take care of my skin at home. My face had an amazing glow for few days after! The spa itself was very beautifully lit with bright lights and marble floors and I enjoyed a complimentary glass of champagne after my facial. The whole experience is highly recommended!!

I came to Skinova Medspa to do a Customized Facial and it went very well. My skin is looking much more cleaner and calmer with no breakouts. My aesthetician Manana was wonderful, educational and guiding. She recommended all the neccessary things I will need for the future for face. Great place. Thanks!
