We loved our tour of the financial district with Irene! She was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun. We learned a lot and I highly recommend Irene!

Irene was a very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. We learned a lot about the areas we visited. We ended the tour by walking back to Manhattan over the Brooklyn Bridge. Irene was kind enough to make sure we got to the correct subway station at the end of the tour. I highly recommend this tour!!

Our tour guide Irene made this a day to remember. We cannot thank you enough for all your hard work. The tour lasted approx 2.5hrs but it went so quick. Irene was so knowledgeable and lovely. We are both in our 60's and Irene made the pace of the walk comfortable for us to enjoy and take in views. There are plenty of opportunities for photos and questions. At the end of the tour Irene even made sure we knew how to get back to our hotel. If you are thinking about this tour just do it you will not be disappointed. THANK YOU IRENE

Irene was such a wealth of knowledge about the area, and she imparted it with such a friendly and open vibe - it was like going for a walk with a friend! The area is full of interesting sights and history. Jane’s carousel was a lovely highlight. Brooklyn Heights architecture is lovely and the walk across the bridge itself is panoramic. I am mid fifties and found the distance walked and pace at which we did so was very easy to do. I can thoroughly recommend this tour with Irene.

Irene was a FANTASTIC tour guide! She was so knowledgeable about the area and was so patient with all our questions. We stopped to use the bathroom and we got coffee halfway through, she was so kind! It was a pleasure learning about Brooklyn from you!

Irene created the perfect blend of history, fun facts, and interesting sights to keep us fully immersed and engaged during our 2-hour tour of Brooklyn. We have been to Manhattan many times but this was our first visit to Brooklyn and we now have a deep appreciation of it and a desire to return and spend more time enjoying the eclectic neighborhoods that make up this gem of a city.

I’m the biggest fan of Fall activities, but haven’t had a chance to do anything beyond Apple Picking in NJ. I decided to take a last minute 2 day trip with a friend in Hudson Valley, but didn’t know where to start. Honestly doing the research to find a decent priced rental car in NYC, the right hotel, and book activities is a job itself. Thankfully I was able to use New York Welcome to do the hard work for us. A couple days before we were due for our trip I got the confirmation for a cute white rental car, the hotel was a perfect distance for a night away (close to all our activities), and all of my tickets were purchased and ready to go. We wanted to do it on our own without a guide, so they organized everything for us, and we just needed to follow the GPS and show up! New York Welcome arranged tickets for in demand Fall activities in Hudson Valley including: a visit to the always sold-out jack o’ lantern event, a highly recommended sky lift ride to the top of Hunter Mountain to admire the foliage, and finally reservations for a local vineyard called Benmarl to sample wines (with the most amazing cauliflower pizza). I came home with a ton of Brito dip photos and too many bottles of wine. Definitely a worthwhile trip!

Chose this as good potential option for family of 6 in which we wanted to explore the Brooklyn / Queens area...and it offered reasonable option for 6 hours...large vehicle with driver and guide... and did not disappoint. Irene was great... warm... relaxed ...but engaging. It made good use of time during a winter trip when time and weather would not have allowed seeing so much. Since it is a Florida based business was a little concerned with reliability...but you communicate directly with local guide beforehand which was reassuring for me...and they proved very dependable for us.
