    Great Experience
Liz was a great tour guide! She had a lot of knowledge, good stories and was very friendly. We wished that she could have been with us when we toured the museum. We are so glad that we did the private tour.😀

    Reflective Visit
Jaclyn was an amazing tour guide. She was very knowledgeable about the events of 911 while also paying tribute to the lives lost. I would highly recommend Jaclyn and this tour.

    Excellent first hand account.
Excellent first hand recount of his personal experiences on 9/11. His emotions were apparent, and totally expected. My only suggestion would be to include more details on what it was like after 9/11 in various areas (debris, dust, other buildings affected, changes since then, etc.). It was time well spent.

    AWESOME 9/11 TOUR GUIDE
Jim Quinn did a GREAT JOB on our tour. Having someone who lived through this experience provide us the tour, made a big difference. He made us all really feel the experience he felt as it took place. I would recommend him as a tour guide to anyone who really wants to hear the truth about the events that took place on 9/11.

Book 9/11 tour with Experience First/Jim Quinn
I highly recommend booking your 9/11 memorial with Jim Quinn/Experience First. This walking tour was hands down the best way to see ground zero for the 1st time (This was our 1st trip to NYC). Jim walked us to quite a few points of interest that all encompassed 9/11. Jim is even from NY and experienced 9/11 himself as he didn’t live too far from World Trade towers. So hearing his perspective and stories from that day made the experience even all the more real.

    Moving tour
Tim” did a great job on our tour. He was very detailed and nice. He doesn’t actually go through the museum or anything with you but just takes you around the area and takes you back through the moment. The tour with him only last about an hour and a half, and then you take your own time through the museumand the observation deck if you purchase it. Overall, it was a great tour.

Jon made our tour awesome and unforgettable due to his knowledge and patience. He gave us lots of time for questions and experiencing location. The stories he tells and the pictures take you back to that day but also gave us goose bumps due to the inside stories of those who suffered through 9/11. Next time in NY we will be asking Jon for another tour as he covers many other subjects.

Dave was an amazing and knowledgeable guide. So much better than a group tour. Well worth the money for the private tour. He had a binder with pictures related to our tour that blended in with his narrative. Would recommend Dave and the private tour.

Ray was fantastic and knowledgeable and shared his personal experience of the day and the after affects of the day. It made me think of those lost that are not mentioned in news of the day. I got an excellent understanding of the day and New York’s determination to bring it back to being one of the greatest cities in the world

Wonderful experience. Brian was an excellent storyteller. 10/10. Beautiful museum and gave quite a bit of new perspective for me, as someone who was 10 years old when the attack happened. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting NYC.

We were lucky enough to have Dave G provide my family with a private tour of the Ground Zero area. His knowledge of the local area's history and events of the fateful day were second to none. We thoroughly recommend both the tour and Dave!
