Liz was a great tour guide! She had a lot of knowledge, good stories and was very friendly. We wished that she could have been with us when we toured the museum. We are so glad that we did the private tour.😀

Jaclyn was an amazing tour guide. She was very knowledgeable about the events of 911 while also paying tribute to the lives lost. I would highly recommend Jaclyn and this tour.

Excellent first hand recount of his personal experiences on 9/11. His emotions were apparent, and totally expected. My only suggestion would be to include more details on what it was like after 9/11 in various areas (debris, dust, other buildings affected, changes since then, etc.). It was time well spent.

I highly recommend booking your 9/11 memorial with Jim Quinn/Experience First. This walking tour was hands down the best way to see ground zero for the 1st time (This was our 1st trip to NYC). Jim walked us to quite a few points of interest that all encompassed 9/11. Jim is even from NY and experienced 9/11 himself as he didn’t live too far from World Trade towers. So hearing his perspective and stories from that day made the experience even all the more real.

Tim” did a great job on our tour. He was very detailed and nice. He doesn’t actually go through the museum or anything with you but just takes you around the area and takes you back through the moment. The tour with him only last about an hour and a half, and then you take your own time through the museumand the observation deck if you purchase it. Overall, it was a great tour.
