    Awful, don't book
We waited for the driver who was late. After I made calls. And enquired with lots of people. Eventually I had a text from the driver. His English was not good, he really tried pushing us into a longer ride. Which we couldn’t do as we had other commitments. He really didn't chat or give us any info. I know his English was not good... but even still. We were shocked at how short the ride was. My expectations were it started at 11.30-12.20 we set off at at 11.40. And it lasted 20 minutes max. But more annoying than that... the ride was 80% outside of Central Park! We were along the main road, cars and buses whizzing past! I do not feel we got value for money at all. Was not the experience we wanted, or expected you to deliver. Its overpriced, and not a good experience. Booked by viator, and got reimbursed!

    Terrible
I got there at the time and place indicated by then. No one knew what company was this. I called them several times , no answered. Then, one of the carriage’s drivers said that he will take the ride . Took a pic of my ticket and we started. The ride was only 35 min, instead 45 min. The guy tried to tell us info of landmarks in the park, we barely understood cause his accent. I do NOT recommend this company.

    Tourism gimmick
Not for me in reality. It’s pricy and you are better served renting a bike. It’s about $75 to $100 depending on what you pick. Not recommended

    Good, but unorganized
The ride itself was OK. Driver well informed on the history of the park. A little difficult to hear him as we were riding in the carriage. Getting to the carriage was not easy at all. We were told to meet on 6th and Central Park South with no other directions. I had to call only to find out the driver was on 5th. Very disorganized at the beginning.

    a true New York experience
After a supper in Central Park went for an evening horse carriage ride. I apologize, cannot remember our drivers name but he was informative without being over the top, letting us just enjoy the views and relaxation of an iconic attraction, carriage ride around Central Park in New York

    Husbands 60th birthday
Soooo glad we did this we had a beautiful purple colour cart, the driver was fantastic, didn’t charge us the amount he was supposed to but agreed if we payed a wee bit extra instead of the 20 minute ride we would get forty minute as we were his last job of the day, so we really scored on this on

    Pricy but worth it
We waited all day to do this as it was really hot and the horses were away in the shade. We paid for 45 minutes but actually took around 60. Our driver was very knowledgable and knew where all of the major films were set as well as key celebrities homes. Price was a bit high - but it’s a once in a lifetime experience.

Learnt Something new about Central Park
On a whim we decided to take the Horse Carriage Ride, one of the people who ask you if you wanted to take a ride was from close to our home which was fun to hear his stories. Since the day was cold there was not much business to we were able to get a good price for a family of 5. The facts around the park are very interesting and taking the horse ride added to ambience with the blankets wrapped around you. Only thing that really upset us was how pushy the driver was on his tip. We were on a budget it and he didn't like what we gave him. We just walked away and he was still yelling at us. Our other family members had a wonderful driver and was thankful for the tip they gave him.

    Bucket list!
It was great to tick this off a bucket list. Despite the cold there is something wonderful about taking a horse drawn carriage through Central Park!

    Most romantic time I've had
Honestly before I went on this horse carriage ride , I thought it'd be boring and almost painful. I almost never go to the city, and I live Mayne 10 mins away from it. It just never appealed me and even less interesting I thought about central park...until I actually visited. My bf dragged me to go to central park...I almost left my apt kicking and screaming to be honest ....lol he kept telling me he had a surprise, so finally I went with it. At the.the entrance of central park we were greeted by the driver, ( I didn't know he made a reservation but turned out that he did ) and in the carriage were chocolate and wine.... So I we got in and snuggled in the back as it was a bit chilly...and the driver pointed out all sights to see in central park. I had no idea how big it was. My favorite honestly was the balto statue. Very cool dog , Wolf thing. The driver was nice , talkative and loads of information. This gave me a whole different perspective on nyc as a whole! What a lovely city! On top of that I heard these guys do reservations for proposals ....I sure hope bf catches the hint! Thanks guys!
