A scam, basically - charging 'guide' service for a $2.75 subway ride, plus walking-tour patter on NYC subway history that while sometimes entertaining and largely accurate, is less complete and accurate than the Wikipedia entry on same, to cite one free transit-history source.

Please note: THIS IS NOT OUR TOUR! Our Underground Subway tour does not meet at Starbucks nor do we advertise going through three abandoned ghost stations. Nor do we walk by or cover the Pace University building which was the home of the NYT from 1889 to 1904, but certainly not the first. I apologize that you did not enjoy your experience but again please note this was not our tour you are reviewing. My thanks and be well!
