About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- debbiemC8653KA0 contributionsIt was a rip-offThis was horrible. The boat left without us even though we were there, & there wasn’t another boat for 2 hours! We paid a lot for nothing!Written January 10, 2025
- Nicky M0 contributionsChristmas skatingVery busy on the day. Had bought tickets beforehand but had to wait in a line for a longtime, way beyond our allocated time slot. Once on the ice had a lovely time, again very crowded, but beautiful place to skate.Written January 5, 2025
- miriam0c0nn0r0 contributions18 bday celebration trip to NYIt’s my second time watching this beautiful show. I had to bring my son who turned 18 a few days ago, I wasn’t sure if he was going to like it, but he definitely enjoyed it! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get in the spirit of Christmas! Or like us it didn’t matter, we watched it on New Year’s Day!Written January 4, 2025
- 814almag0 contributionsImpressive! What an incredible performance! This show should be a must see for anyone visiting during the Christmas holiday. The music, dancing, singing, and technical effects were perfection!Written January 4, 2025
- AHMSAAD0 contributionsGood for kids but, the rest of the family wanted to leave, the got bored !Simple show, we paid over 300 dollars for normal seats, honestly it was not worth it. The streets show even better and more enjoyable and less cost.Written January 3, 2025
- Victoria M0 contributionsVisiting the STATUE OF LIBERTY LADYGreat view, service was great as well. Attentive, gifts to buy on cruise. One of the men who works on board grabbed a chair for my friend to sit downWritten January 2, 2025
- TommieR240 contributionsWorst Cruise around Statue of Liberty EVER!!My cousin visiting me from Raleigh, NC booked this particular cruise from Pier 36 on the East River. The boat was horrible for views. Basically no outdoor deck on top of the boat, only a very tiny area not inside at the very back of the boat, & 2 inside levels with filthy windows. Nowhere near enough seating as about 50 people had to stand the entire cruise, myself, my cousin & her 2 sons included. We couldn’t even stand near the filthy windows but had to stand in the middle of the 2nd level. I am 72 years old & when I asked a boat employee about any additional seating, he just replied “Sorry” as he gave me 10 seconds of his time, because he was looking at his mobile phone the whole time. This had to be a safety violation with having so many people crammed on this boat with not enough seating. I have taken many other cruises around the Statue of Liberty from the Hudson River side, including the “Circle Line” which has an extremely large unobstructed view from the top deck & a small open roof covering on the back in case of rain, with plenty of seating for everyone. I would highly recommend a Circle Line cruise over this horrible experience!!!!!Written January 2, 2025
- misspeachykeen0 contributionsWONDERFUL! An absoloute must see at ChristmasOne of the most incredible experiences I've ever been fortunate enough to expirience. I went to NY with my dad back in 2008 and at the time (we went in the autumn) we said we would make it back one year to see The Rockettes in the Christmas Spectacular. Sadly my dad passed before we ever mae this trip happen so my husband and I went to NY around Christmas to do all the amazing Christmas things! This show was top of my list and WOW. The Rockettes are incredible, the orchestra is wonderful, all of the singers are so talented and the ushers are friendly as well as efficient. I was blown away by the interior and the ladies toilets were stunning and looked to have original period pieces within. I would warn the concession stand is very expensive, I bought a bauble to remember the show and it was $55 We sat the front row of the first circle which was a wonderful view of the whole theatre, the seats were comfortable and we had adequate leg roomWritten January 2, 2025
- angieaR9911PT0 contributionsTerrible ExperienceVery rude staff, boat was dirty and old, not accommodating, customer service was not helpful at all. I’ll not be booking with them again.Written January 1, 2025
- aqquillukh0 contributionsRipped O#$My own opinion; What a ri- off! We paid for a fully guided tour for liberty, Ellis island, 9/11 memorial, stock exchange and just got dropped off at the ferry to liberty and was told your on your own, its a self guided tour. We were lost at liberty but with the help of other company tour guides we were able to figure out where to go and see at liberty and then we took a ferry to Ellis island on our own then back to battery park but ask the same lady and third party company that dropped us off at the ferry and asked her how we could finish the 9/11 tour and she said its that way go walk over there. What a waste of our day they don’t only owe me a refund they owe me for wasting my only full day with all expenses in nyc! Be careful and confirm your guided tours folks!Written December 30, 2024

- Nowwhereareyougoing0 contributionsSkip the snacks and just go for the showAbsolutely amazing show. I could have watched the same show twice that day. We really enjoyed it (myself 36yo, sister 32yo). The cost for popcorn and 2 canned seltzers was outrageous, 75$. Skip the snacks and just go for the show.Written December 29, 2024
- L1629LSamyf0 contributionsWe had a great tour with Bonnie who showed us the ropes of Christmas sight seeingBonnie was a wonderful guide and had so much patience with us because we were late due to being dropped off way down and had to walk 20 min to her.Written December 29, 2024
- A7954YVbrianb0 contributionsGreat kids entertainmentWe hadn't been here for years, not since out daughter was little. Now we were here with our six year old grandson. The only animal act these days is a troop of trained poodles, that may or may not choose to show they are trained. This is no Ringling Brothers, Barnum and Bailey Big Top three ring circus, but then that no longer exists, What this is is a modern version of a small traveling circus and in that respect it fits the bill well. The New York Times chose to criticize this years show harshly and unfairly against standards that don't apply. For children, which is the audience the circus is for, they were entertained. The acts were not too long for their comprehension and the Human Fountains were exactly what six year old boys find entertaining. The low wire act was the only act that needed more practice and no doubt given a few more seasons the performer will improve, which is more than can be said for the poodles. The theme is NYC, the music, projections and rats in place of a Ring Master were good. The Harlem night club tap dancers could have done with better choreography. The Times criticism that there was no Ringmaster belies the fact it was one ring and no animals in need of a traditional Ringmasters whip. Take a kid and enjoy this circus.Written December 28, 2024

This shouldn’t be calling a tour. When arrived in NY there’s nothing off the train telling you where to go, you have to take a taxi to get to the spot then you have to wait for the bus to start the viewing. I got off sight 8 to see the Trade center after 1 hr when back to continue the sightseeing stood at the stop for 1 hr bus never showed up. The big red bus came by every 5mn the iconic bus did not I didn’t want to miss the train back to DC I took a taxi back to train station and change my return ticket. At the end I only spent 3hrs in the big Apple. Did not redeem the food voucher did not enjoy it. Worst tour to book

Amtrak had a comfortable, clean train. I used porter service which I highly recommend. Much prefer this to flying for convenience and comfort.

Comprei essa excursão , obtive confirmação do pagamento e reserva, mas na estação de trem não localizaram minha reserva. Frustrante, pois paguei e não viajei

So the places listed that you pass by, are those the places you can get off the bus and explore? I am interested in the holocaust museum and just want to make sure I could visit there on this tour.
