A good money Saver
Jul 2021
This is a good option if you are staying a few days in town. Several must-visit places in this pass. Make sure you make your reservations online before you visit.

Jul 2021
We spend a week in New York a family of 4 with this Pass we went to
Empire State Building regular $156 plus tax
9/11 Memorial Museum $82 plus tax
Rockefeller Building $140
Statue of Liberty $71
American Museum $72

And i only miss a museum.

For $450 with no problem at all. You save some cash buying the city pass.

Don't listen to the Naysayers!
Jul 2021
This is an excellent value. The only people who didn't like it were the ones who didn't plan it out. Plan it out ahead of time and you'll have a great time and save money! CityPass sends you an email where you can reserve individual attraction times. Do this AHEAD of time! We had our entire itinerary planned out and it all worked out fine. Check the weather! You don't want to go up the Empire State Building or Top of the Rock on cloudy days when the clouds come down over the buildings-you can't see! I didn't see a contingency plan for Empire State but Top of the Rock gave us another return time (time of our choosing) and we got to come back the next day. Just plan your trip out, give yourself plenty of time to get to your attraction on time and you'll be fine. We even got to some early, asked if we could be let in early and they worked it out for us.

Not pleased with the New York City pass card
Apr 2021 • Family
It's not worth the money with a student and under 16 child. You have to register for tkts in every place because they don't scan your card at the entrance. So you loose a lot of time in each attraction. Intrepid Sea museum is bad.

Bought 2 CityPASS
Mar 2021 • Family
Purchased 2 CityPASS tickets which had stated that we would receive 5 attraction in Atlanta that had to be used in 9 days and when we called to make reservations we were told that nothing would be available till April after we had already flown up from Ft Lauderdale Florida and were at our hotel. We found out that the ones that needed a reservations were not available through CityPASS but were available for full price at each attraction. That only 100 CityPASS holders can enter these attractions where 1000s attend. All we were offered was a refund which stated would take up to 15 days, and no compensation for our inconvenience and ruined our vacation.

don't buy it!
Oct 2020 • Friends
Bought the city pass while in NY. Total rip off. Trust me when I tell you they charge you to much money for what its worth. I had nothing but issues with the pass at the door of the atractions trying to scan it. On top of that they wont let you in at the attractions if you don't make reservations at each one. On top of that 911 was closed, statue of liberty was also closed and Citypass will NOT give me refund. Horrible experience and will never buy from them again. A friend recently visitied NY and just bought her tickets there and said it was a better experience doing it that way.

CityPASS-AR
We confirmed with Statue Cruises that they were open and operating normally on October 13. As stated on our website in two locations, as well as in ticket email you received after you purchased, and in our online Travel Guide, which we give you a link to in your ticket email, CityPASS does not include admission to the crown or pedestal inside of the Statue of Liberty: Reserve ticket for one Statue Cruises ferry ride to and from Liberty Island and Ellis Island, audio guides, and admission to the Statue of Liberty Museum and Ellis Island Immigration Museum (Crown Tickets and Pedestal Access not included) You did take the Statue Cruises ferry to the islands, so you did receive CityPASS admission to that attraction. The 9/11 Museum was closed according to its normal operating schedule; it’s closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We provide the hours for 9/11 (and all attraction)s in two locations on our website so that customers can be aware of schedules before they purchase. We also include the hours of each attraction in the ticket email you received after you purchased, and in our online Travel Guide, which we give you a link to in your ticket email. Because of these reasons, unfortunately your request falls outside of our refund policy.

Well worth it
Dec 2019
We did a lot of investigation into which CityPass to get and we decided on the access 6 pass, which suited us and was great value for money.

You do genuinely skip the queues, but also you do get scammed still at some venues. You need to be on your guard and don't believe them that you can better the ticket and access into the venue. Stick with your CityPass, it is better value.

Highly recommend using this pass as a means to get around the sites.....

I think it is a good idea to buy the cuty pass. You don't have to worry about buying tickets in all attactions. We went in winter and it was very cold but NY is a very beautiful city.

Citypass NYC
Mar 2020 • Couples
Just returned from a 5 day trip to New York , read mixed reviews on the citypass but a day before I left I chose to buy myself and wife one each.
Best decision I could make as was a blessing ..so easy to use and saved us money rather than visiting each of the 6 sites and paying individually.
We were fast tracked at the 9/11 museum , plus Empire state and Rockerfella ..only one we queued at was the American Natural History Museum .
Definitely recommend people to use ..5 star 😃
