This 2.5 mile casual paced run through the center portion of Central Park is designed to explore many of the best known (Bethesda Fountain) as well as more secluded areas of the Park (the Ramble). We will stop for core focused exercises and stretches in the most iconic locations in all of NYC (the Jackie Onassis Reservoir) and also discuss the Park's amazing history. The course does cover a decent amount of hills which some find deceptively challenging. There are no egos welcome here, however, so when any of our guests need to take a breather we continue along the course at a good brisk walk so that everybody can enjoy themselves. You will sweat. You will stretch. You will have the best NYC fitness experience possible!
