Used them four times for Airport to Manhattan transfers. Always courteous drivers and nice/clean vehicles. Last time, I forgot to book my transfer back to the airport so I texted them 2 hours before we needed to leave and they still made it work. I won't us any other service.

Richard was extremely helpful with all my questions when booking and Lincoln our driver was beyond lovely, getting in touch fairly quickly after we landed letting us know where he would be parked. As soon as he seen us he was helping with our bags, showed us inside the limo (it was immaculate!) with drinks on ice and helped us connect to the Bluetooth to play our own music. There are no hidden fees, what you see on the site is what you are charged. I will happily use NYC rich limo on my next trip to the big apple and would highly recommend to anyone.

This is the second time that I've used NYC Rich Limo, and the reason was that they were outstanding the 1st time. They didn't disappoint! Our driver met us at the airport (he was there early), took us to the 1st hotel in Westchester, picked us up there for the trip into Manhattan, and finally back to the airport when our vacation was over. Our driver, Alex, was always early, a great driver, and he made things easy. It doesn't get any better than that- kudos the NYC Rich Limo for their exceptional service.

The limo service was superb from start to finish. The driver and the company are very professional and the limo itself was amazing. A great way to arrive in New York.

Alexander arrived on time and was extremely polite. He also was a very safe driver. Whenever shopping bags needed to be bought to the car, he was there straight away at the pick up point to place bags into the trunk of the car. Would definitely do this again when back in New York.

This was my 4th trip with Rich Limo and will be my last. The drivers are generally amazing, but in this case, our driver was late picking us up for the trip to the airport, but sent a bogus text at the pickup time to say that he was waiting for us in our hotel lobby. He was not. It was to cover his tracks with the company. I was waiting outside the hotel for him but went back inside (leaving my bags unattended) to make sure that he wasn't able to get past me into the lobby, and he was of course, not there like he said. I called the number on his text, and he said he was on his way. After he arrived about 5 minutes late, he then took us off route, pulled over on a side street and dropped off a brown paper bag and bottle of liquor with a stranger on the street, engaging in a conversation (in another language so we had no way of following) for about a minute, with no explanation to us, his paying passengers. We then headed to the airport, 15 minutes after our scheduled pickup time. It was Thanksgiving weekend, so we didn't want any delays, but we did arrive in time to make our flight, although without time to eat before the long flight. Afterwards, I complained with management because they automatically charge 20% tip, and I didn't think the driver deserved it after being late and then making an extra stop before leaving for the airport. The manager, Richard, argued with me after checking with the driver and insisted that the driver said he was at the hotel 3 minutes early and cited his bogus text as proof, so he basically called me a liar. He said the driver's English was just bad and instead of saying he was in the lobby, he meant that he was actually out front. None of that is true because I was waiting in the cold out front for him (and he of course told me that he wasn't there yet on the phone.) He also said that he had to drop off an item that a prior passenger had left, so he admitted that they took a detour but said it was a courtesy they extend to all passengers, evidently on the customer's time instead of their own. The manager even said that the driver helped get our bags out of the car at the airport, which I would have thought was included in the $185 fee, but I am now wondering if that's considered extra. All in all, this was a bad experience with a driver who was late, tried to cover his tracks, took extra detours, and a company who didn't value our time or concerns. An Uber would have been just as good, and half the cost, and at least I wouldn't have been shocked if they squeezed in a food delivery stop on our trip.

We booked this day tour to Woodbury outlet a few months ago. It was the best price from all limousine companies. The diver met us at the hotel. The ride was nice and quick. He stayed with us for a whole day and collected our bags. 8 hours of shopping were enough for us. The outlet is really huge. The prices are very low compared to other malls. The tour price is worth it especially now in autumn. The highway is so multicoloured!

Everything was perfect. The driver met us at our hotel entrance on time. He had a sign of my name on the window. It took about 5 hours to get to Boston. 30 minutes stop at service area was free of charge. SUV was new.. 2023.

We booked a ride from JFK to our hotel. We were charged in advance and the driver was a no show. I called all phone numbers provided and either got voicemail or the 1 800 number was disconnected. This appears to be a scam now. We took an Uber and now I have to recover my money.

We used this service twice in the last month and both times the cars were on time, the drivers pleasant and accommodating and the experience was exactly what we needed. This will be the only limo/car service we will use in the NYC area going forward.

Not the best. The allocated wait time is 60 mins post arrival of aircraft. Looking at airport wait times / custom and border patrol website - our wait time for customs alone would be an average of 44 mins, meaning the 60 min pick up time is unrealistic and would therefore automatically incur a charge. We very reasonably (and politely) suggested we alter our arrival time, sharing we would be happy to wait in arrivals rather than pay a charge! Only to be told it was unreasonable to suggest this and our booking was cancelled - no communication on the matter or request for clarification, just cancelled. Does make me slightly uncomfortable that you have to provide your bank details to make the booking and then they cancel rather flippantly, but that’s not the primary reason for my complaint. Not the best customer service - no understanding, no reasoning and fairly abrupt. I think unless you can guarantee you will be out in 60 mins (which I am not sure how you can) I would go with a service which is more focused on customer satisfaction.

Our group arrived ahead of schedule yet the car was ready and waiting for us. The driver gave us a good tour before dropping at the hotel. Superb
