Worst experience ever
We reserve our tour and we were running 10 minutes late . We texted our tour guide )never answered and we were suppose to meet 30 minutes later in other place where the tour was passing . Never show up , never response text and calls . After 1 hour waiting offer 50 %, that of course , we didn’t accept it.
Not recommended at all, very disappointed

We had a terrible experience. We were late 10 minutes. So we walked to the next stop as suggested by the tour guide on the site. Never showed up. Never responded to text or call. Two hours later he offered to pay 50% of tour that never took place!!
Highly NOT RECOMENDED!!

Awesome tour by Dereck!!!
Dereck was a great tour guide who helps you to “feel, smell and taste” the culture of Williamsburg. He gave lots of tips for restaurants and things to do. Full of knowledge not just about Williamsburg but NY in general.
My teenage boys loved his stories and knowledge on the tour.

Apr 2019 • Couples
I had high hopes for this tour following a recommendation from a friend. However I felt the majority of the tour was a complete waste of time bar the hotel district at the end, which was surprisingly interesting. The guide never even introduced himself at the start which I thought was very odd! I had the distinct feeling throughout the tour that i was wasting my precious time in Williamsburg. Even considered leaving the tour midway through on several occasions. All in all, I would advise against going on this tour!

Huge lost of time
Apr 2019 • Couples
It was the worst experience we have had in New York during our visit of one week. A total lost of time. We really regret it, and actually we left before it has ended after an hour of doing nothing. The guide hasn't even introduced himself, when he has arrived we have started walking and the only thing that he could talk about was how the neighborhood was better when he was younger, or when his fathers were younger, or about bars and drinking. I don't know if we've been unlucky with our guide or it's always like this, but if I were you I won't take the risk of losing the time

Disappointed
Oct 2018 • Couples
Our guide was late in showing up considering we were asked to be there 10 min beforehand he arrived 20 min late we did not know his name as he never introduced himself and he looked like he had rolled out of bed. The tour was not that interesting and uninformative. We left before it ended and was not the full 2 hours. We have found out more from the local people by just engaging and talking with them.
Not the tour we expected and left disappointed!

Great tour with Jeff
We attended this tour in the rain. Jeff did his best to accommodate everyone and still made the tour interesting and enjoyable under difficult circumstances. Jeff displayed his incredible knowledge of the area and made this s great way to introduce the area to visitors. Thanks Jeff

Fab tour with Jeff!!
Myself and my mum did this tour in the baking heat of Brooklyn but that didn’t ruin it! Jeff spoke really clearly, went at a really good pace and kept us in the shade most of the time. He even bought us water for the group at the time - how nice! Really interesting tour, seeing how things have changed and lots of factual content about the culture etc. Free handouts with info on to take away as well! Really nice afternoon :)
