    Emotional, but beautifully explained
We had Kevin, as our tour guide - he was brilliant. He explained and showed us the vast area around 911, the emotional understanding of what happened in such a sensitive way that certainly left a huge impression on my friends and I. So pleased we booked a visit with a guide before we went into the museum as it gave it context. Developing an understanding of the after 911, really helped us understand the importance of what is now there, what and how the area has been rebuilt, and how it is important to reflect and be mindful of those who died and what the families felt was needed. It was a sad experience but one that I’m so pleased we did.

Mindy C. was our tour guide and she did a great job! She provided a lot of information about the areas and was very friendly and kind. We never felt rushed and she encouraged questions.

Great tour with Tim who was easy to hear and a great storyteller
Tim did a great job showing us the various sights of 9/11 and the world trade centre in a way that made the tragic events really clearly understood. He explained in a manner that was clear and easy to hear the history of the WTC as well as the events on the tragic day. Only small issue was that the tour appeared to include the observation and deck and museum but these were self guided

What a valuable and incredible experience!
Sean was an incredible guide that gave us valuable tips along our journey that made the experience even better. He was an incredible story teller! He drew us back to a far away time when long ago relatives suffered imaginable hardships in order to come to the USA. We have the wonderful lives today because of those people. This was our first time in New York and what an incredible experience!! Thank you Sean!

    Great knowledgeable tour
James took us on a great tour helping us negotiate the security line quickly, get on the right side of the boat for great photos and took so great photos of us. James has an encyclopedic knowledge of the Statue and it's history. James also took 3 groups of us on the MTA to help us get to other areas. For us it was the Brooklyn Bridge. A great tour, thank you.

    9/11 Memorial Tour
We took the 9/11 Memorial tour with Jared. He was a great tour guide, speaking clearly and loud enough for everyone to hear. Being that it was a serious subject matter, he did a great job of keeping everyone engaged without being stuffy.. I would highly recommend this tour.

    New York Borough tour
We did the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan bus tour with Chris Lee as our guide and we thoroughly enjoyed the day. Chris was extremely knowledgable, informative and engaging with the group. We saw sights of New York that probably the average tourists don't see. The Apollo Theatre in Harlem, The World Fair, Flushing Meadows, Yankee Stadium to name a few. Highly recommended and if possible, Chris Lee as your guide. 5⭐️
