Our guide Ken was friendly and informative. We enjoy his guidance and knowledge of the sites. Beside the 50 mph gusts and 30 degree weather it was an experience we’ll never forget.

We did the tour with Alex and she was amazing, she explained us a lot of interesting things about soho, little Italy and Chinatown

Claire was really amazing and fun! Such a good sense of humor along with various facts and information that you wouldn’t hear or otherwise get! Very informative and interesting tour but Claire really made it really appreciated it.

We did the 9/11 Memorial and Museum Insider Tour with the One World Observatory ticket. Paul was our guide, and he was great! We especially loved his personal stories of 9/11 from his eyes living in New York. He was courteous, had a good sense of humor, and made sure we were safe and comfortable on a cold day! Would recommend.

He gave us some excellent stories and background about the neighbourhood and its sorroundings and provided us with some higly important advices and recommendations to make our stay much more enjoyable. Great tour of area around the 9/11 Memorial, 9/11 Museum and one WTC Observatory. Our guide Jorge was very knowledgeable, informative and obviously passionate about the history and events surrounding 9/11. Altogether an informative and value for money tour.

Amazing trip across the true new york neighbourhoods. Our guide Chris, was excellent, telling us a lot of stories and facts and was a lot entertaining. Super recommended, the tour was fantastic and gives you a lot of perspectives of the different environment of the city.

We had a pleasure to have a SoHo/Chinatown/Little Italy tour with Jenn Andres today and what a great fun it was ( despite a rain!). Visited the statue of liberty and Pre -booked the Crown and i am glad we did as you have zero chance of going up to it if you do not book it a few months in advance. I have previously visited and seen her but only from a boat sailing past . Actually getting off on the island and seeing the place properly was so much better and i think with the entry to the crown it ended up cheaper that what i have paid just for a trip past it on previous visits to New York . I booked it three months before and it was just 27 dollars each which is great value for money . The cafe there is also much cheaper than anywhere in Manhattan which was surprising . My advice is as follows Make sure you are fit if you are going to make the climb up the very slim spiral staircase to the crown (and take your coat off as you will get hot ) There are around four little bits on the way up where you can stop off and catch your breath . To get to the staircase there are 200 steps to get to the top of the pedestal to start the climb but there is an elevator , only 4 people at a time so i decided to walk up as there was a queue . Its shockingly small and i was underwhelmed when i got up there buy hey its a once in a lifetime experience and i can say i have done it . Another tip is even if you pre-book you still have to go and get your wristband and ticket from the ticket office there , dont make the mistake of going to join the queue before getting it . I chose to go in the morning and not at a busy period of the year and the boat was still full up so bear that in mind when planning your trip Hope this review helps some people out .
