BEEARE: There is a very rude young lady of Mexican decent, with glasses working there. She has a very sassy mouth and does not appear to like certain AMERICANS. I will be contacting corporate about her lack of customer service, with her condescending tone. I had one of my AA friends with me, and they seemed to be watching her. She was the only AA in the store and probably spent more money than anyone in that store (6 large bags). I did not appreciate the way that the girl treated her.

Great shopping area and had all the stores we wanted to go to. Plan to spend 4-5 hours if you are a shopper

Tour confirmed soon after booking and then cancelled last minute. Tried calling and emailing company immediately after booking and then later through Viator to reconfirm booking, but the people who work at this company were MIA. Other companies have the professionalism to contact you before confirming tours. No alternatives given just tough luck

If you need a driver from point A to point B, this driver will get you there. However if you want to learn anything of detail about the areas you are driving through beyond the obvious, then this is not the tour for you. Real knowledge of the area history seemed lacking, unfortunately. However a handout of information is provided. So, as a driver yes. As a tour guide, no!

The 4 hour tour of San Diego with Roxane was awesome! Roxane is engaging and knowledgeable of area. Especially liked the amount of time spent at each stop. Would highly recommend this tour🏖

Pathetic. I signed up for a beer tour yesterday, and paid. Today, i get a text saying "Sorry, we're overbooked and have to cancel your tour." In other words...tuff $hit buddy, good luck finding something else. We've got all we need. Sucks for you! My parents are visiting from Chicago and i scheduled the whole day around this. Now i have to waste time finding something else to do when i should be enjoyong their company. They didnt even offer a discount on a future date, or assistance finding an alternate program. What a joke these guys are. Good luck getting what you paid for if you roll the dice with this company.

It’s always better to let someone else do the driving while you are sightseeing. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and informative. We stopped at several places and had a great time.

Roxanne was our guide and she couldn’t have been more pleasant and gracious. This despite the fact that the tour was not full (Easter Sunday). She brought everyone on the tour “a welcome gift”- bag of water and snacks. She was so charming and knowledgeable that we would definitely go on one of her tours when we go back! There are a few slightly cheaper tours but this one was definitely worth the extra few dollars. We saw several highlights, she gave us great recommendations for our remaining days in San Diego- which we did and loved! We would recommend doing this tour on your first day in the city to “get a great overview and a small taste of San Diego”. Thanks Roxanne!

Booked this tour for our first morning in San Diego, so glad we did! Roxane greeted us in a modern clean mini van and showed us the main sites of this wonderful city. Roxane was of full of energy, and enthusiasm, and delivered lots of useful and interesting information in friendly relaxed fashion. Stops were well positioned throughout the tour, and included La Jolla, Mt Soledad, Coronado, Old Town, Little Italy, Gas Lamp and Balboa Park, and gave an appropriate amount of time to explore each location. If you’re thinking of taking a tour in San Diego you can’t go wrong with this one!

This was our first visit to San Diego and this tour was an absolute highlight despite the cold and rainy day. I’m so happy we booked with this tour group. The mid-size coach bus was very clean and comfortable and Roxann was so warm, friendly, welcoming and highly informative. Definitely well worth the price.

After booking for myself and fiancée I was told we needed a party of 6 or more, or for a little extra they could do the tour just the two of us. I thought about cancelling it however am so happy we did it anyway!! Before the tour our guide Roxanne reached out to let us know the exact time and where to meet her. The day of she was right on time! She made us feel very welcome and was great to talk with. She had alot of suggestions as to what we should taste at each winery. She made the experience one to remember! The only thing I wished for was more time!

I was so amazed. Some of the winerys are as good as Napa/Sanoma. I kid you not. I had no idea the wines now rival bay area wineries. The people were knowledgable who poured the wines and they made the experience ever so plesant

Booked through Viator and had the pleasure of Mike as our guide / driver for the 4 hour tour of San Diego. Easy communications with the company prior to the tour confirming pick up locations etc., great comfortable, modern clean vehicle to be driven around in for 4 hours. Highly recommend this tour to give a good flavour and overview of what San Diego has to offer to allow you to then go back and spend time at your chosen area. The attention to detail like providing a little goody bag with water and snack gives an indication of a company that care about their customers and want to provide a great service.

We took a private tour with Roxane. She made it fun and interesting and she was fairly flexible with the amount of time we spent at each place. She knows a lot of pop culture. She gave us the basics more than in depth lectures. Snacks and water provided. Recommend.

We did two tours with SDR Tours where Roxanne was our excellent host. She had a lovely clean car (Toyota Rav 4) and collected us from our hotel on time each day. Both tours were half day tours. As there was some double up with beaches on the city tour we elected to do this as a private tour avoiding the beaches as they were covered on the next day anyway. The cost for the private tour was not much extra and very reasonable and worthwhile. The beaches tour was virtually private as well as only one lady joined us. Roxanne provided detailed commentary and obviously had a lot of knowledge about the city. Tour #1.Scenic Tour We covered Mount Soledad (great views) Downtown San Diego to visit the famous Balboa Park, Little Italy, Old Town San Diego and the Seaport Villiage Tour #2 Life at the beach tour We visited Pacific beach, Coronado Island, La Jolla, and Ocean Beach. At Ocean Beach we stopped by Wonderland for lunch with a spectacular view of the ocean. This is included in the tour price. If you don't have a car or don't want to drive this is a great option. Its a great way of covering the city efficiently with someone who knows the area well.
