Miscommunication
I had double checked the day before our flight about time. When our plane landed he was no where in sight. Called three times. Was told they couldn't get a hold of him. They would refund my money. As we were figuring out how to get to our hotel they called back. He was on his way. He hadn't gotten the message of the time change. He got there, very nice gentleman. Apologized. Got us to our hotel. Not very informative but nice. He didn't accept tip he said cause he was late.
