- frauleinoma00Great rental experienceWe rented a jeep just for getting around town. Very nice, new vehicle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us a ride back to our rv park after we dropped the car off. That was a huge help!!
- ksch7200Fantastic Jeep and Exceptionally Fantastic Customer ServiceI wish I could give this company 10 stars! Their equipment and the customer service were EXCELLENT! We reserved a jeep for two days as we went along the White Rim Trail and everything with the jeep went smoothly (not so much with our equipment but at least our jeep was reliable). It started with Sabrina, she got us going and was just delightful. Then we interacted with Preston. We have an old bike rack and the jeeps are newer so we had to make some adjustments and Preston was super helpful in making that all happen. The Jeep worked great. It was as comfortable as it could be on that super bumpy road. We did have issues with our own equipment that left us frazzled upon our return. It was so nice to be greeted by Mel and Preston. Mel was so kind and understanding about our equipment issue. Both Mel and Preston went out of their way to help us! Truly, we need more people in the world like Mel and Preston!! Moab has a special place in our hearts and it is because of companies like Canyonlands Jeep and Car Rentals and people like Mel and Preston! Thank you for being part of our memories and for being an example to my children of how to be kind and helpful!
- 889britneyf00Great advice and Jeeps!Zach and Preston took great care of us with great trail suggestions to Fins and Things and Klondike Bluffs. Great day exploring Moab in Jeeps that were in great shape and easily capable to handle the terrain! Would recommend to anyone wanting to experience Moab off road!
- P5239BAsabrinan00Family JeepingNice jeep. It got the job done on seven mile rim. Wipeout hill success!! (Just kidding). It would be 5 stars but we reserved a Rubicon and they gave us a base wrangler.
- smuth9000Broken ac fanOur sprinter ac fan broke down on Saturday. After calling a dozen parts stores; we found one store in Salt Lake City that has the parts and is open on a Sunday. That means we have to find a rental car asap. After another dozen of research and calls; we found one store that has a regular rental cars among their off road vehicles. Upon arrival to Canyonlands rental, we met with Melody. She found a sedan (having a smaller and reliable car will be a plus for us. We will be traveling almost 500 miles back and forth) for us. She was very nice and helpful throughout our experience. I would recommend Canyonlands Jeep and car Rentals to anyone visiting Moab. Go check them out. Thank you Melody!
- vermont3300Back to Moab 25 years later with all the family.First off the staff at Canyonlands Jeep was wonderful. So helpful at pick up and just simply nice people. Next the Jeep, yup #55 was a Maroon Beast which carried five people up Harrah Pass down into Chicken Corners then to Gemini Bridges like a dream. The jeep was perfect for the task and the tires were just right for the terrain. The Ice chest with lots of bottled water was a nice touch. Many thanks to all at Canyonlands Jeep for making our Moab Trip a wonderful experience...
- stephaniewF1126TU00Great spot lZach and Preston were amazing! Insanely knowledgeable and friendly staff! They helped to make sure we knew where we were going, and we’re super informative.
- BOSB600PerfectJust returned from Moab. 03/16, rented a 24 hr new 4dr Wrangler from Canyonlands Jeep. Besides being the best adventure, renting from Jason & Sabrina was so easy! Great instructions, free booklet on tracks in the area for experienced or not, adventurers. And yes, an ice filled cooler! And if you're in town, they'll pick you up. We looked around and would recommend them...get ready for a great adventure! Highly recommended
- Kummdog00Great ServiceWow!!! What an experience to see Gods work first hand. What a great 3 days and Canyonlands Jeep and car rentals made it perfect. The Jeep was clean, tires were good and the service outstanding. Oh!!! They have a great lil gift shop where the service was just as good. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.
- ashleyeQ3849OC00Great ExperienceWe loved our jeep rental. It was perfect for exploring Moab! The price was reasonable for a full day of fun.
- travelincoop00Sabrina saved our vacation!Ended up walking past this place after dropping our truck at a service station down the road for some unexpected repairs. It was day one of our supposed three day off-roading adventure in Moab and we were without the off-road vehicle. Decided to stop in, but the place was closed already for the day. Took a chance and called the number on the door and got connected with Sabrina. I explained our situation to her and she came back to the shop and opened it up for us and rented us an incredibly outfitted Jeep for the remainder of our time in Moab. We ended up getting bad news on our truck and figured out the best move was to tow it back to SoCal ourselves using a rented truck and trailer. Sooo, back to Canyonlands Jeep Adventures to see Sabrina and explain to her we needed to drive 2 hours to Grand Junction to pick up the autotransport trailer and truck. She swapped out our Jeep for a more comfy highway ride in one of their regular rentals (and even refunded us the difference between the Jeep and car rental since we had not yet been out on the trails. Without Sabrina, our trip to Moab would have been a complete comedy of errors and mishaps, but she served as a bright spot and helped make the trip better. I'd highly recommend them for their Jeep and car rentals. The line of Jeeps they have and the upgrades and add-ons they've made to them make them incredible off-roading vehicles...and the service there is phenomenal. Thank you again Sabrina!
- Leweyb202100This place rocks (literally)Hard to convey just how awesome this company and its people are. The ladies who helped us were absolutely wonderful. They set us up with an amazing modified rubicon that was new, clean and nicely dialed in! It was perfect for the conditions we encountered. The trails they suggested were easy to find, the routes they recommended and highlighted in the booklet were memorable and exciting. Shafer road was the highlight of our trip. What an experience. Perfect!
- chipchris00Great staff and service!Amazing staff and service. We went the night before to pick up our jeep just to see sunset. We returned it the next night. It was such a wonderful experience to go on the back roads to the various trails. The staff was terrific in telling us about the different areas we should go to. They gave us a cooler filled with water. It was just wonderful - highly recommend them!
- brettyler00Awesome experience, Chicken cornersIncredible day driving brand new Rubicon out to Hurrah Pass and Chicken Corners. Wendy and Zack super helpful with info. Highlight of our trip, would def rent from them again!
- Y3651NPandyk00Amazing staff, guides and adventure on the trailsCanyonlands jeep rental personnel: Sabrina and Jason went above and beyond to make our whole groups adventure worth the travel to Moab. Our two trail guides: George and Craig knew exactly what to do and when to do it. They even explained the back story of Moab and explained stories of the trails. Thank you Canyonland for this amazing adventure. Flying the 1300 miles was definitely worth it!!!

Hired a pristine new Rubicon for a day trip to Gemini bridges and Shafer Trail.
Started early in the morning and caught incredible early morning light / views and had plenty of time to complete the round trip including a diversion to Dead Horse Point overlook. There was absolutely no one on the trails the whole way and the jeep navigated everything incredibly even though there were some considerable water at points because of the heavy rains.
As everyone else says here the staff are fantastic and everything is explained and plenty of information on the routes etc. One of the best things to do in Moab and thats a high bar!

Canyonlands Jeep Adventures and Car Rentals made our explorations of the canyons and mountains in the Moab, Utah area, and beyond, a true delight! The super capable Jeep Rubicon 4-door gave us confidence to enjoy the backcountry. And when guests arrived to tour Utah's Big Five National Parks, we rented a Toyota 4-Runner which was capable off-road and comfy for the longer road tripping. Both vehicles were new and clean. The staff were professional and we highly recommend Canyonlands Jeep and Car Rentals!

Absolutely amazing experience. From start to finish, the entire family had a blast. We hit Onion Creek trail followed by Shafer Canyon. Kids (aged 11, 16) were a bit nervous but afterwards they said they loved it. The staff was incredibly helpful. They have even put together a comprehensive guide that walks you through all the local trails and common questions. WHEN we come back to Moab, we will definitely rent from these guys again.

If your thinking about renting a Jeep from here…do it! This turned out to be my family’s favorite day on our 2 week vacation. Everyone at Canyonlands Jeep was great. The Jeep was in tip top shape and better condition than others we saw from different rental places.
We were able to pick up our Jeep the night before and started at 7am on Chicken Corners which was fantastic! We were then able to ride Fins and Things before returning the Jeep. I would highly recommend both trails!!
Thank you to Canyonlands Jeep for an awesome time!

The check-in process was so smooth and relaxed. The folks at Canyonlands Jeep Rentals were fun to be around and professional at the same time. I am thoroughly impressed with them.
The jeeps are of the latest technology and appear to be well maintained and good looking. We cannot say enough about how we loved these machines.
When it came time to return the jeep, the process was equally as smooth and pleasant as when we picked up the jeep.
I most definitely would recommend Canyonlands Jeep Rentals to anyone visiting the Moab area. In short, we LOVED it!

Never been to Moab before we only had a preconceived idea of what it would be like. We chose Canyonlands Jeep Rentals because they provided pick up and delivery to our camp site. Unbeknownst to us Preston and Zach not only suggested where and what to do, they helped evaluate and guide our off road jeep experience.
Preston and Zach went over and above to provide us with what became the best part of our vacation!
We would highly recommend using Canyonlands on your next visit to Moab, we will definitely be using them again.

This review goes way beyond our Jeep rental, which was a blast, but has to do also with the overwhelming kindness and compassion of the staff here at a time when we really needed it.
My wife and I headed out on a 3-week RV adventure from Reno and had reservations to stay in Moab for two nights early on in our journey. We had a Jeep rental reservation here at Canyonlands Jeep scheduled for Memorial Day, but our motorhome broke down 70 miles north the day before. We sat for hours on the side of the road waiting for our roadside assistance company to get us a tow. Not knowing if we were going to get a tow on a holiday weekend, or where we would be towed to that day, I called Canyonlands Jeep to tell them we may not get there by the next day to uphold our rental. I spoke to Melonie and she was very understanding and said they would “work with us” if we had to cancel our reservation at the last minute. She went a step further and gave me the name of a local tow operator she recommended, and said the tow company owner was also an excellent mechanic.
I called our roadside assistance provider back, who was coincidentally having a hard time finding us a tow, gave them the name of the preferred Moab tow company, and they were the ones assigned to come get us and they did. The tow company owner was also the mechanic that fixed our motorhome.
We fulfilled our Jeep reservation on Memorial Day and had a blast! Sabrina, the Operations Manager, drew out a map detailing the “biggest bang for the buck” routes. The routes were awesome and the scenery beautiful!
Grounded with our motorhome, however, we needed a rental car to drive while our RV was being fixed. Sabrina got us into a brand-new minivan for the week, which was amazing!!
Other notable staff members that I dealt with that week were Aquira and Preston, both very nice and helpful!
The folks here stepped up to help us out when they didn’t have to. This is an awesome place to rent a Jeep to go out on an adventure, or rent a car. The staff here are helpful, amazing, and go above and beyond!!

We rented Jeeps for the day and had an amazing time!! The trails in the BLM were so much fun. Besides that the keeps were clean, new, XM radio with top of the line tires and suspension, the information and trail maps they provided really added the cherry on top to provide a perfectly exciting day. We will definitely be back and renting again- you’ll probably become addicted too! We rode with our 5,2 &1 year old boys and always felt safe.

2 time renter from Canyonlands Jeep Rental. The first time in May of 2019 was an amazing experience with excellent customer service but they went above and beyond on this most recent rental. I had accidentally reserved a Jeep online for Saturday July 25 when I meant to book it for Friday the 24th. I found this out when I stopped in on Thursday evening and they said I didn’t have a Jeep reserved for Friday. I could not be more appreciative that they were able to get me into a Jeep for Friday as we were leaving Moab on Saturday morning. They saved me big time. Thanks guys

We had a blast on our backcountry Jeep Adventure. We highly recommend this company- the Jeep was great and Sabrina Randal, the Operations Manager, spent time explaining all the trails and all the safety features as well as what trails would be the best use of our time. Sandy and Allan Schott
