- 23megq0 contributionsGreat Trip, Extremely Experienced GuidesGreat guide-Colin-nice group of people we met on the rafting trip. Beautiful scenery. Went on morning trip before the heat. 1/2 day was perfect!Written September 12, 2024
- rebeccafA7934XF0 contributionsNice meander with knowledgeable guideBeautiful meander down the Colorado river. Colin our guide was knowledgeable about all things Moab, geology and local information. Was lucky to join a wonderful groups of people. The rapids weren't fast with it being September, but we moved a little and got in for a quick dip at the end. Wonderful dayWritten September 12, 2024
- 14danielq0 contributionsGreat dayThis is a float trip but it’s fun and relaxing. Guide was great and well-informed. We actually took the half day trip which was four hours plenty during the warm temperatures.Written September 11, 2024
- ErinB31060 contributionsEntrajo Canyon - So Much Fun!We had a great time canyoning with Colin in the Entrajo Canyon. Colin was the best - informative, funny, patient, and most importantly, he made us feel safe the entire time. The canyon itself was awesome and beautiful. The experience was different than prior canyoning we've done. There is some rock scrambling up the canyon in the beginning, with Colin teaching and helping you with as needed. Each rappel is different. One of the best parts is walking / swimming through the water, especially in the heat of the summer. The Canyon is well suited for beginners and unique so that those with prior canyoning experience will have a lot of fun. This was a true highlight during our trip to Moab and we cannot recommend enough.Written September 9, 2024
- shellybK3604YR0 contributionsHalf day tripWe took the half day trip and enjoyed both the ride up to the drop off point and back again. We were told fun and interesting facts along the way. Our guide , Cole, was well spoken and had many interesting stories about the river and the beautiful mountains around us. We saw an otter and 2 deer as well as blue herons along the way. My husband had had a back surgery 8 months ago and we were worried it might be too rough but it was perfect. I highly recommend this rafting company!Written September 8, 2024
- TexasSharvi0 contributionsExcellent experience!!Hands down- the highlight of our trip to Moab! We hiked all throughout Arches NP and Canyonlands NP and had a great time, but the final day we met up with Landon at Paddle Moab and we are so happy that we did! From the time that we walked in the door- the entire staff is so pleasant and kind- and Landon was amazing. We told him that we're brand new to rappeling and knew nothing about it. He was knowledgeable, patient, and wonderful with us. Kudos to Landon and the entire group at Paddle Moab. We can't wait to come back and do it again!! So, so fun!!Written September 7, 2024
- damoh5830 contributionsAmazing views while on the waterThe views from the Colorado River are amazing and we had a very knowledgeable and friendly guide who -being a local- was also really insightful and open to all questions. The rafting itself was not as eventful as we’d hoped due to low water in the river in this part of the season (end of July), as she readily explained. But thanks to her we had a good time after all! The prizes are quite firm though.Written August 16, 2024
- kirkseyb0 contributionsSpectacular viewsOur guide was fantastic, and the staff at the business were incredibly helpful. Paddleboarding the Colorado River through this part of the state was an amazing and unique experience. The turns and bends along the trip, paired with the spectacular landscapes and views, made it unforgettable. Highly recommend!Written August 16, 2024
- johannanE50MH0 contributionsExcellent service, great experience! We rented Kayaks for our self guided float! Beautiful leisurely paddle for our family of four Paddle Moab was easy to rent with, and readily rebooked us from a rainy Tuesday to a sunny Wednesday within a days notice! Shayan took good care of us-prompt arrival to the meeting point, friendly, enthusiastic ride to our put-in spot at Big Bend. He made sure we had everything we needed…kayaks, paddles, life vests, dry bag, and straps for returning the boats on our truck. He provided great tips for our stretch of river and how to make the most out of the riffles. Affordable! Go to Paddle Moab!Written August 15, 2024
- OffaJW0 contributionsFantastic day our with the family and our guideDuring a three day trip to Moab we decided to explore rafting in the canyon and fortunately came to Paddle Moab. With a very laid-back atmosphere and mom-and-pop operation, we set out with our guide, Jef, on a full day trip down the canyon. Not only he was extremely nice and helpful in every way, we truly enjoyed his deep knowledge of the canyon and surrounding lands and every story he told us. Now, don't expect any real white water or big rapids, at least not in August which is when we went, but think of it as an enjoyable peaceful day of floating, swimming and enjoying the fantastic views.Written August 13, 2024
- 613lesliem0 contributionsA Beautiful ExperienceMy friend and I signed up for a Stand Up Paddle Boarding class in East Greenwich, RI. The instructors, Mark and Emily, taught us not only the basics but all kinds of cool loves we had no idea existed. It was fun and relaxing, and the location was clean and beautiful. My friend thanked me for suggesting this. I plan to do this again!Written August 5, 2024
- Q7618RRalexiss0 contributionsMadeline is the best!Madeline was an awesome guide! She was so personable and we had such fun conversations! The paddle boarding was so nice and getting down and swimming in the water for a good chunk of the time was perfect in the heat. Would 10/10 recommend!Written August 3, 2024
- mistyt3830 contributionsGreat local company!! Awesome experience. The entire experience was really laid back and enjoyable. The guide Colin was great with my boyfriend’s daughter and was very knowledgeable about the river, land laws, and history of the area. Yes, we did paddle in rapids and swam in the river as well as have a very nice lunch.Written July 27, 2024

- kerrybY3798YD0 contributionsMoab kayaking experienceBest trip I have ever been on. Sanders was very knowledgeable and Maddy went above and beyond to keep us all safe. They were both amazing. We staid together as a group the whole time and learnt so many things about the rocks and Moab in general. It was the perfect 4 th July. We are from England and planned it months ago. Everything we wanted and more. We will definitely use this company again. Thanks so much for a great afternoon.Written July 7, 2024

This was really fun, but a little challenging for me as a first timer. The guides were all very helpful and attentive though so I was able to get it figured out eventually. The day we went there were 20-25 of us and it was super windy though so it was kinda chaotic. I ended up falling on a rock after getting bumped by someone, nasty bruise, but was fine. The guide helped me back up right away. They were all great very knowledgeable. Dewey, Hunter, Teal and Jane were the guides. They were great. It was a fun way to enjoy the Colorado river and the landscape, and learn a new activity. I’m not exactly in shape, but have some other paddle activities, and was able to mostly get the hang of it. Several people in the group ended up falling or flipping, but everyone was fine and the guides made sure of it. Adds to the entertainment of the experience as Hunter put it lol. The staff were very responsive to emails and questions.

Tour was a blast and the highlight of our family's trip to Moab. I took away 1 star because I booked the trip several weeks in advance and got a call while on vacation a few days before this tour saying there were "logistical problems" and they had to cancel my appointment. After many calls moving other plans around I was able to reschedule for the next day. I found out later from the guide, that the reason for the cancellation was all the guides decided to go on a last minute fun trip to Colorado. Not very professional and not happy I had to spend a lot of time on vacation rescheduling activities.

My friend and I had an awesome time on the Splish Splash SUP float with Paddle Moab. It's a great activity to do in Moab to cool off during hot days and learn something new (or improve skills). Dewey did a fantastic job leading our group through all the things to be prepared for. We felt very safe and ready for different parts of the river even if we fell in. Nate G., our other guide, was incredibly lovely in every way. We would definitely recommend this tour company that is very good and professional at what they do and they have a down-to-earth cool vibe as well.

Tons of fun! We really debated between rafting, kayaking and SUP. I'm so glad that we decided to try paddleboarding! I will say that it was a real workout, but we passed many rafts down the same part of the river and we were more than pleased to be on our SUP. The river rafting looked boring, since someone else was doing all the rowing and everyone was just sitting there staring at each other. Alex and Rachel Ann were super helpful and nice. They had good instruction and recommendations. There were kids in our group and everyone was able to keep up and have fun. Plus, they have popsicles at the end of the trip, which was a definite plus!

Had a wonderful paddle board experience with Paddle Moab! Santo was our guide for the day. We also had a bonus guide Juan (Santo’s Chihuahua) for the day as well. My husband is at times uncomfortable with water and Juan did a great job of keeping him calm and at ease. Juan also took some amazing photos of us and airdropped them to my phone when we were done for the day. He definitely went above and beyond! Could not recommend this company more! When we travel back to Moab we plan to do their all day white water rafting trip. Definitely book with this company, you won’t be disappointed!

We booked this on a whim the day before, and it was the best thing we did in Moab this weekend. Paddle Moab transports the group and all equipment to and from the river. They go over everything you need to know at the beginning of the trip upon arrival to the water. Some previous experience on a paddleboard definitely helped us acclimate faster, but it is not required to enjoy the experience. Floating down the river in beautiful Moab right near Arches National Park makes for such a beautiful backdrop. Be sure to take in your surroundings while you're paddling through the calm parts of the trip. Though we had paddleboarded in the past, it was our first time doing it through rapids! So much fun. And really cool! But even though we had paddleboarded previously, we still fell off a few times :) It is a work out, and you will go to bed early that night, but you really don't really notice how much energy you're exerting while you're actively paddling, you'll be too busy having so much fun! The staff are great, we had Dewey leading the paddleboarders and Travis leading those in the duckies. Both were super knowledgeable about the area and the water crafts! We thought it was a perfect way to spend a hot summer afternoon, and we will definitely be back!

Called the day of and was able to join an existing SUP trip. SUPing on the river through the rapids was fun. The guide, Hunter, kept the group engaged the entire trip and was very knowledgeable. He was focused on making sure the group had fun and was very customer-focused. Great company to book with.

The Splish and splash tour was amazing. We went on a Friday afternoon and we were the only 2 people on the tour, it was great! Nate was our guide and he was super knowledgeable about the river and surrounding canyons. We had paddle boarded before but never on a river. Nate was great with paddle boarding tips and techniques. Overall a fantastic experience. We will definitely be booking another trip with Paddle Moab on future trips.

My wife and I went out on paddle with Hunter and had an amazing time. Hunter was engaging and taught us a lot about the river, the Moab community, and the geology of the area that created the fun rapids we traversed during our afternoon on the water. We went at our own pace and didn't feel rushed, nor did Hunter, an experienced white-water paddler, seem anything less than excited to be out there with us. He was encouraging and knowledgeable regarding techniques which helped us enjoy the experience even more. Definitely a highlight of our week-long trip, which in a beautiful setting like Moab, is a real statement!

This was a highlight of a very fun vacation. Hunter and Charlotte were professional and fun. The solid hand splash trip added a bit of excitement but the guides put everyone at ease and were very conscientious about safety. They were also mindful of COVID.

There r 3 in our group, is there an afternoon tome? How cold is the water?
Written August 13, 2019
We went in mid-Sept and the water was good. I’d say “refreshing.” But you wouldn’t want to spend a lot of time in it. The main idea is to stay on your SUP, right? I’m pretty sure they can accommodate a group of 3 and afternoon trips. Best to check directly with them.
