About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Alecpenny10 contributionsFun culinary and history tourLots of opportunities to enjoy Chinese and Italian food. Besides that, there was the stop at the fudge store! Good thing there’s alot of walking. A highlight was the tea tasting. What fun!Written September 7, 2024
- F4533EJdonnar0 contributionsInformative, delicious experience!Lots of interesting historical tidbits about Chinatown. Our guide Bryan was very knowledgeable and humorous. He took us to several hidden gems. We walked throughout Chinatown, learned its history and the history of SF in general. We sat down to two different meals, sampling many dishes. We also sat down for an educational tea tasting. My only suggestion: less snacks to start us off to leave more room for the sit down meals.Written September 7, 2024

- manueli5980 contributionsExcellent SF food samplingI was taking a tour of North Beach with Brian and a Tour of Chinatown with Isabella (SFFoodtours) and enjoyed myself a lot! The tours contain plenty of food, so come a bit hungry. You get a chance to walk it off! Notably, we learned a lot about the local history and culture while getting unique access to obvious and hidden favorits in the area. Would recommend!Written August 27, 2024
- emmagD3442UN0 contributionsBrian is awesome!Brian is the best! You can really tell how much he loves this city. So knowledgeable and really funny (but don’t tell him I said that). Thanks for everything Brian!!Written August 22, 2024
- 101raisas0 contributionsScratching the surface of ChinatownIf I could add more than 5 stars I would. This tour also points out landmarks and history in the area, as well as culinary history. Andre was an excellent tour guide, explaining from a standpoint of someone who's unfamiliar with the area an in depth history and culture associated with the historical district. The food was good and has vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options. Walking the streets of Chinatown was the closest thing to China we'll personally ever see.Written August 15, 2024
- W4182JGjanets0 contributionsFun and interesting way to see Chinatown and North BeachThis tour was fabulous and fun! Cynthia our tour guide took us to very interesting stores, restaurants and streets/alleyways in both Chinatown and North Beach. She also was very knowledgeable of the areas and the history behind the neighborhoods. Delicious food and variety of dishes - definitely go hungry :) We were very glad we booked this tour.Written August 14, 2024
