So much fun! An awesome way to see the San Fran points of interest. The cart was easy to drive. And the roads aren’t that busy, making it really simple to get around. The guided tour was informative without being annoying. Staff were friendly and helpful at collection, safety briefing and return. 10 out of 10 recommend.

This is the 3rd time we've done the Gocars, we absolutely LOVE doing them! We did the 3hr Blue Line tour. It's just such a nice, relaxing, fun way to tour the city and learn so much along the way! And other drivers (real cars) are so friendly when you're out there driving around. People often ask you questions if you're at a stop and have gotten out to check things out. I'm sure we will do it again!!!

Great time! 4 star because we had the 3 hour tour and the 1st 2 hours were great then we had to drive thru city traffic which put us a half hour behind and really didn’t see much at all in that 1.5 hours. Also, the scavenger hunt says you need 7 finds for gift certificate, there were not even 7 offered and we went on every offered options for the red line. We found 5 and got some stickers and a cheap key chair.

I felt that it was very dangerous being the fact that the car didn't reverse and that the Waze didn't reroute me if I made a wrong turn

This gps go car self drive tour was so fun! I drove one car with my child and my husband drove another car with our second child. Car was very easy to operate. This was by far the most fun way to sight see around town the city. The staff was super friendly and when one of our cars broke down they sent a new one over to our location as soon as possible so we could finish the tour. The owner was very nice and went above and beyond to make sure everyone could get a car.

Thought I was booking the marin headlands tour but car said it wasn't allowed on freeway. So did another route and it was a blast. We will be back to do it again.

The 1st 2.5 hours were amazing! The last hour took us through the town streets and although some of this was ok, it was a little slow going. The crooked street was great but the 45 minutes before that not so much. We ended up going over by 30 minutes, we got out 4 times along the way so that was on us.

Funny, entertaing, super views! Highly recommend. A family of six people, having a relaxing tour of a beautiful city. We choose a 3 h tour, but we could spend easily one more hour (for longer breaks).

The GoCars are small and outdated, and the GPS was antiquated, the staff and check in experience were great but I suggest the upgrade to the larger electric vehicle

If you are looking at reviews deciding if you want to do this DO IT! I will say my experience had it's fair share of issues but I called and they were helpful and cared. I think for myself I would totally just go all around San Francisco. We did the Muir Woods and over Golden Gate bridge. Traffic due to tree cutting and construction. We did the all day. I really wanted to see the sites around San Francisco. We didn't get to but will totally go another all day in town the next time we come. To the guy at the GoCar place Thank you for helping us and for everything. You made us feel so much better. The woman that answers the phone. Thank you for dealing with me. 1 thing I would recommend would be an added emergency adaptor so you can charge with any charger or use the charger at Muir Woods. I really hope to return to San Francisco and do the all day in town sight seeing. Also the navigation is wonderfully done. You only live once. Book it and enjoy!! Thank you guys!

Great fun! Good way to see the city, guided by lady sat nav! Loved fresh air and easy to drive vehicles. 3 hr tour took us to all the great places except China Town and Duen town.

Except the person at the reception, the rest of the experience was great. We had a small issue with 1 of our gocars and the manager has been amazing, joining us to replace right away and extended our tour on a very fair way. He's been really understanding and we had an excellent time.

Great way to see the city! The guided tour was informative, directions were clear with lots of notice about upcoming turns. A fun and unique way to get around.

The ride around town in the go car was exciting, we saw so many different land marks!!! Part of the go city pass, well worth it.

So much fun, take all the time you need to enjoy your tour. Better than a tour bus and with a personnal guide. Several language available on the GPS and the tour guide.
