    Not a recommendation from me
Trip started with a boat to Alcatraz and found upon arrival I required a QR code which wasn’t provided. Stressful few minutes trying to get in contact with tour operator and was provided code in time. Proceeded to Muir Woods where we had to pay for own entry and threatened with being left if not back dead in time. Then proceeded to Salsalito and had very little time here to explore (~1 hour). To top all this off, I received an aggressive confrontation with guide (Roman, who had also previously hit another trucks wing mirror while driving and proceeded to swear at him in front of my children) who shouted at me as I had less money than I realised and couldn’t give him the $60 trip he demanded (I gave him all the money I had). I was ordered to tip online. Roman, maybe if you’d have had some EQ and manners, you would have received an additional tip from me, but not the way you behaved in front of my teenage daughters. My recommendation is to buy the Alcatraz tickets direct and drive to the other places with a relaxed timeframe and not suffer the confrontation and rudeness I had to deal with!

    Good tour. Excellent guide.
Our tour guide , Dustin, was hilarious. Very much a people person. I enjoyed killing 2 birds with one stone (Alcatraz and then Muir Woods) Good tour with a fantastic guide. Might be slightly on the pricey end.

    Beautiful views and informative
Entry into Alcatraz and wonderful views of the bay on the ferry. Can adjust your schedule to split up Alcatraz island and the bay tour another day. Would recommend.

    Great Tour
We had a great time on this tour. Our driver, Robert, was very knowledgeable and funny! It was amazing to see Muir Woods and Sausalito without having to rent a car and drive there ourselves. We would absolutely recommend this tour! The only thing is I wish they told you when booking if you were doing Alcatraz first or Muir Woods & Sausalito first. We ended up doing Alcatraz first (which was totally fine!!) however we felt like we could have spent another hour there looking at everything. Overall, would definitely recommend this tour! It was a great experience!

    Beautiful experience!
We did the Muir Wood and Sausalito part of the tour. Muir Wood is an amazingly-beautiful and peaceful place, the giant trees give you a sense of wonder and respect for nature. The guide provided great commentary on Muir Woods and how it became protected, info was much appreciated. The Sausalito part of the tour was barely enough to eat, sadly no time to explore the town.

    Alcatraz and Muir Woods tour.
The Alcatraz tour was very good and informative. Muir Woods is a “must see” if you have never been to a Redwood Forest. Quite stunning. The tour driver was great. Highly recommend.

Package is well worth the price!
Buying the package through Trip Advisor was more expensive than you’d pay in person, but tours to Alcatraz book our very far so it was well worth it. The service to Alcatraz and tour of the site itself was awesome, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting San Francisco. It was really nice that the Bay Tour that came with our package could be taken any time, not just on the day of our reserved Alcatraz ticket. The tour of the bay was wonderful, I definitely recommend lining up at Pier 39 at least 30 min before departure to get a good place. It should be noted that you get a voucher from the tour company that needs to be taken to the physical ticket stand to print a paper ticket before boarding. Overall a great experience, everything was seamless and we really enjoyed our time!

    Poor communication
When I arrived at pier 39, I was told that I needed to walk to pier 33 for the Alcatraz tour. That wasn’t shared in the booking. The tour was fine but we didn’t take the cruise which was from pier 39 because of the wind and cold. Overall, I thought Alcatraz alone was enough.

    Do Alcatraz only.
Awesome visit to Alcatraz! Do the audio tour. It adds so much to the experience. The additional bay cruise is a scam. Don't do it. The cruise is a separate booking at a different location. You still have to wait in a line for an actual ticket and then in line for the boat. Don't bother, but Alcatraz was great. Plan ahead! They sell out.

Planned a weekend trip to San Francisco with my daughter, wasn't sure how many activities were open (due to COVID); made a direct phone call to Must See and Faycal rounded up 2 more travelers to take the trip to Muir Woods/Sausalito, allowing us to be distance compliant in the large car (and we all wore masks the entire time), and he kept the price offered! Our driver, Micheal, picked us up at our hotel on time and gave us a historical narrative of all the sights we were seeing throughout the city. We made a stop at Golden Gate Bridge for awesome photos, then on to Muir Woods. Simply beautiful and a "must see". Suasalito was quaint, beautiful with some interesting shops and scenery. Unfortunately, we weren't able to take the ferry on our return to the city (it wasn't running), but instead Michael took us through the popular and interesting neighborhoods (Pacific Heights, Nob Hill) with very interesting historical narrative as well.
Thank you Faycal and Micheal for your great personal service. This experience was worth every penny and I highly recommend using Must See for your trip excursions.

This is a very nice and relaxing tour. Faycal, our tour guide has a great sense of humor and is very knowledgeable. Our group laughed a lot. First we went to The Palace of Fine Arts and we took pictures. As we drove to Muir Woods, Faycal pointed out various places of interest and even played music about San Francisco. Now every time I hear Otis Redding's "Sitting on the Dock of the Bay," I'll think of the house boats that we passed by. We arrived at Muir Woods at just the right time. It was quiet and beautiful...not too many people at that hour. Next we dropped by Pier 39 to walk around and have lunch. We had a wonderful time.

Thank you for your review. We love to hear that even during this delicate and hard time that is with the Pandemic. We try to still have a good time in a smaller group with drastic safety enhancements.

Our guide Roman was fantastic, funny and informative. The sprinter was very comfortable and it was nice the tour was so small. We had ample time to hike at Muir woods (admission included $15 US value) and grab a snack/drink at Sausalito. Stopped at 2 view points to get shots of the golden gate. Tip- if you get motion sickness be sure to take a Gravol/ Dramamine as the road has plenty of twists and turns.
Good way to spend the afternoon out of the city!

You cannot crowd 10 people into a van during COVID - there was not social distancing and masks are not going to cut it. Either get your act together on this or require proof of vaccination from all participants.

Muir Woods was good but Sausalito was NOT a "tour" - we were just let off in a parking lot for lunch. Disappointing to say the least

Vivian Dickerson your review is very interesting. We have a small van only 11 people can seat in. We do follow CDC and the City of San Francisco recommendation. Social distancing is 6 feet right. So nobody next to you, nobody in front and behind you. This means a private tour. We do have an option for a Private tour, you should do it. But with 6 feet I am not sure the driver will be in the vehicle too. Thank you very much

Great trip for first time family of 4 with kids 16 & 20. Judith was an amazing hostess and driver and told us so much about Muir Woods-the history, the facts and myths and answered everyone's questions! The trip was enough time to enjoy the woods yet not too long where we would be waiting around to leave. We had 1.5 hours to walk around and shop in the gift shop afterwards which was perfect for plenty of picture taking and waking the trail. Sausalito was a quaint town and I wish we had stayed longer there but had dinner reservations so had to get back. There were too many shops to visit in 1 hour 15 min! Would definitely recommend this trip to anyone!

Muir Woods really is a must see experience. We chose the early morning start and were one of the first at the park which meant it was lovely and quiet and peaceful. Tour was mostly smooth, had a small confusion about the park admission tickets which were included. Be sure to confirm how the tickets will be sent to you. Tour driver was friendly and knowledgeable, he also agreed to drop us off at palace of fine arts instead of intended end destination. Muir Woods was one of the highlights of our SF trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. The Mercedez van had large windows allowing views of SF as we left for Muir Woods. The tour guide was very welcoming and friendly. Since the tour only takes up to 9 people, he was able to answer our questions and have a conversation as we were on our way to Muir Woods. He was on time and an excellent driver!

Our tour guide was waiting for us at the designated spot with a smile ! I knew it was going to be a great trip right from the start. While the highlights were Muir Woods and walking in nature , we also were treated to some surprises that increased our knowledge of San Francisco and its environs . Truly one of the best excursions we have ever treated ourselves to. Wonderful host we really enjoyed.

Our driver Hassan was fantastic!!! He was very well versed in the San Francisco, Saucilito and Muir Woods areas telling us the history and all kinds of fascinating facts. He took us over the Golden Gate Bridge and when we couldn’t park because of a marathon that was going on, he made sure on the way back that he found a spot for us to stop and take pictures! He was personable and fun and he actually cleaned the van along the way! The areas we went to were incredible! The Muir Woods took our breath away, Saucilito was so nice we went back again. Such a good time! I would highly recommend!

We had to change from another tour company last minute after reading weather forecasts and we were lucky enough to get on this tour. The tour guide was informative and our time in Muir Woods was a highlight of our trip to the San Francisco area. I highly recommend this tour. It was especially nice to have a small group and a comfortable ride which included a stop near the Golden Gate Bridge.
