We went with our ticket in hand but they were still closed because of Covid19!! 😑

On the website it takes your money but you get to the activity and there is signage for closure due to Covid19.
Not a happy camper. It's been a pain trying to get a refund. Call before you book an make certain they are operating.
Will try to update if refund is given*

So good
We are a family of 4 with a 10yr old & 17 yr old, we loved it. It was a little scary in bits but was so amazing feeling like you were flying over & through all the must see attractions of San Francisco. Would recommend

The Flying Theatre ride of San Francisco
Nov 2019 • Family
Magical experience ‘flying’ over and through favorite San Francisco locations. A throughly lovely moment of escape and exhilaration. Guided by super friendly and knowledgeable staff, riding on state of the art technology, and marveling at the wonder of the beautifully designed experience, it’s been our favourite moment since we arrived in SF.
Go, you’ll love it.

This is a must do event on the pier. By far my favorite attraction. It highlighted the icons of SF from angles that I could never see otherwise and felt honestly magical. An incredible experience to be sure and one that cannot be missed. Great value for money. Would do again in a heartbeat. And the quality of image was phenomenal!!!

Save your $$
I hadn't read reviews, just paid $20 on Groupon and had very wrongly assumed this was going to be similar to a real view flight over san fran and the surrounding areas. Instead it was an awkward cartoon story oddly on multiple screens, then into the ride which was 3d cartoon. Prob great for little kids, but for me I'd rather have given $40 to panhandlers!

Get rid of the story
Oct 2019 • Family
I enjoyed the ride portion of the attraction and getting to virtually fly around the San Francisco area. But everyone in my group (both guys and girls) agreed the attraction could have done without the love story.

Exhilarating attraction
Aug 2019 • Couples
We did this at the end of our week visiting San Fransisco and it was a fabulous and exhilarating way to recap what we had seen. I’m glad we did it at the end as we wouldn’t have recognised half of the footage otherwise.
It was a little dear but worth it. The preshow is a little slow but the main ride lasts about 6 minutes and you certainly are grateful it doesn’t go any longer!
It is so real I almost felt nauseous for a moment!!
We took some older family members and they loved it too! They talked about it for days!
There are some stairs so perhaps not for people who can’t do stairs, but absolutely worth the entry cost.

Pretty good but quite short
This was a fun ride but in my opinion it was far too short given the price. Had a cute back story. Great concept.
