Overview
Explore San Francisco without the hassle of navigating on your own on a half-day cable car tour of the city’s highlights. In addition to pointing out landmarks that visitors often miss, your guide provides walking tours at City Hall, Alamo Square Park, and the Golden Gate Bridge. Blankets, refreshments, and a cable car chauffeur are included for your comfort and convenience.
What to Expect
Hop aboard a motorized Cable Car in the heart of Union Square ready to tour San Francisco and its notable sights with our informative and friendly guide/driver team. Sit back and relax as the tour heads to your first stop on the walking tour at Civic center/City Hall. With its Beaux-Arts monument to the City, it showcases the beautiful movement that epitomized the high-minded American Renaissance of the 1880s to 1917. Once aboard the Cable Car again you will head through the lower Haight district on your way to your 2nd stop on the walking tour at Alamo Square Park. You will get the chance to be up close and personal with the world famous "Painted Ladies" as seen in the opening credits on the show Full House!

All aboard as we now travel through Golden Gate Park, The Richmond district, Sea Cliff and down the coastline as we get ready to jump off at our last but certainly not least stop of the day, The Golden Gate Bridge! The Cable Car arrives at the Golden Gate Bridge, an engineering marvel built across San Francisco Bay during the depression opening in 1937. You’ll step foot onto the famous suspension bridge and listen as your guide shares stories of its art deco structure. Re-board the Cable Car and head back over the Golden Gate Bridge and onward toward the Presidio!

Traverse Pacific Heights, one of San Francisco’s most affluent neighborhoods, and take advantage of photo ops as you pass by the home featured in the blockbuster film ‘Mrs. Doubtfire'! The tour makes it's way through Fisherman's Wharf, and past Ghirardelli Square, home of the namesake chocolates! Next, you will travel down Columbus Street through North Beach, Little Italy, and onto Chinatown. The tour pases through Nob Hill en route to your starting point in Union Square. Keep your cameras ready as you won’t want to miss any of the one-of-a-kind photo opportunities on the San Francisco Experience City Tour!
