Bought the Sonoma/Napa limousine private tour for our group of 7 but was sorely disappointed. 1) Driver did not plan route properly. We ended up being half an hour late for our first tour and had to missed a tram ride that we already paid for at the first winery. 2) Driver told us not to touch any electronic in the car. So temperature was constantly either too hot or too cold. 3) Driver did not prepare any songs to play in the car. Had to use our phone to cast the music. 4) Driver told us there is no TV in the limousine. When prompted further he explained that was a DVD machine and ask if we had any DVD to play. We were not informed to bring any in the first place. 5) Even though we ordered their newest limousine, it leaks at the roof where there is an emergency exit. Since it was a rainy day, there was a puddle of water always on the floor right in the middle of the vehicle 6) Ride was very bumpy and feels dangerous. Needless to say, we didn’t enjoy our trip to the wineries. We spend most of our time sleeping in the vehicle since there was no entertainment and was told not to touch anything. What a bummer.

it cost double to take a cab versus Lift..I won't make that mistake again. the quality of travel was no different.

We were in San Francisco for a week long holiday and needed round trip transportation from the airport to the city. We considered Uber/Lyft, taxi and other services and finally chose Frisco Limo and I'm very pleased we did. Their prices were very reasonable, their cars were clean, they were on time and the drivers were pleasant. If you require car services while, you might want to consider them. They did a VERY good job for us.

We used Frisco limo for airport transfers during our trip to San Francisco last week. George picked us up from the airport. He text just after our plane arrived to let us know he was waiting and would collect us once we had our bags. He was friendly and chatted on the drive to our accommodation. The driver who returned us arrived early and was efficient as a driver. I wouldn’t describe him as friendly, he didn’t talk to us at all on the drive. The company is reliable though and the vehicles were spacious and clean. I’d happily trust them to transport us around if we return to San Francisco.

I hired this company to take 11 of us around Napa valley. We were in there 12 pass Mercedes party bus which was comfortable and quite clean. The price was best of all companies checked. Driver, Ted was nice enough. He was on time and took us everywhere we wanted All was as should be. No issues

We needed a ride to Fisherman's Wharf from SFO airport. I looked at many options. This was economical ($50 + $10tip) - pretty similar to taxi estimates depending on traffic. He called while we were waiting for luggage and was there waiting when we exited in a large SUV which we needed with all our cruise luggage for 10 days. Very personable and great experience. We will definitely call if we go back. They also do wine country tours.
