It's strange not getting your tickets direct to mobile, but operator Al was very accommodating and helped me upgrade my tour. Alcatraz is ok but I've done better prison tours in Dublin + Nottingham

My Boyfriend and I had an amazing experience with Alcatraz Bikes & Tours! The Alcatraz tour is a must see/do once your lifetime. The customer service was excellent. We were given clear instructions on how our tour would go. We got to explore the prison and the ferry was an experience in its own. We also did the bay cruise tour; try to catch the last departure (4:30 pm) IT WAS AMAZING. Beautiful sunset!!!! Book your tickets Now! :)

So tried this as it’s been a bucket item for years. It gets crazy busy but it’s done now so I won’t have to trawl up the hill anymore🥵 keep hydrated if it’s a hot day and make sure your there early they won’t wait.

We had a great experience with Alcatraz tour! Initially I bought bike and Alcatraz tour package, but regretted later. We went to 571 Post St to get our tickets and Moustafa- the nicest person - was very helpful and agreed to exchange our tickets for Alcatraz+cruise tour free of charge, although this package was more expensive. Moustafa was so nice that he even sang a song and danced for my husband’s Birthday and gave him a present- a new package of chewing gums that he bought for his kids! His boss Al was also very friendly. We had a great time and were very happy. Highly recommended!

Only had 1 day to explore San Fran , got bikes in the morning and was able to cycle the full way to Golden Gate Bridge, before stopping for lunch and getting boat out to alcatraz island. Good locks were provided with the bikes

A good tour, the audio tour through the prison cells is excellent and included in the price. A bit of a climb to the top but worth it and no problem if you are even reasonably fit. There is a 'tram' for those who are physically impaired

Didn't book early enough to get alcatraz tickets from the official provider. Ended up buying this package on TripAdvisor which had availability instead. Wasn't so sure about it at first but the owner of the shop is so so friendly and everything worked out really smoothly. Ended up cycling across the golden gate bridge which was amazing. If you can sort out overnight bike storage then you can return them by 10am the next day. Super recommend this package!

Easy and quick check in, we were given great bikes with locks and the guide was very informative about the different locations we could visit on top of when to get to the Alcatraz location to beat the lines. You can also split your package and do Alcatraz on your assigned day and the bikes the next day if you please, or do it all in one! Amazing views of San Francisco, would highly recommend to anyone looking for an easy and fun day exploring!

I was traveling alone! But, I liked visiting the Alkatraz! I got my ticket from the location. And then, went to pier 33 to take the sheep to Alkatraz island. At first, I was worried that whether I can find the locations or not. But I could. So it was a good experience and I learned many things in this tour from Alkatraz prisoners and its history!
