Pep was a wonderful guide!! She was patient with us running late, then took extra time at the end so we didn't miss any of our must-see places. She had a list to pick from and provided a lot of helpful information on the area and sites. I'd highly recommend the Private City Tour.

Absolutely a worthwhile tour around San Francisco landmarks and points of interest. Pep our guide was wonderful and she tried to make our tour memorable and informative.

We came to San Francisco to visit family and decided to go for a tour with Alegro. Our group consisted of 6 people, including children. We had such a lovely time. We live in Florida, so it was definitely a bit chilly for us, but we had a great hike and my children were amazed by the size of the sequoias. Pep is very knowledgeable and gave us a very comprehensive history lesson about the city. My children were too young to be bothered with this, so Pep was kind enough to take us to a playground where the kids could be free while we (the adults) continued to learn from her. I think this was very thoughtful of her and I appreciate that special touch. I also have to appreciate the fact that she gave us all completely water bottles. Great job Pep! Keep it up. Overall the tour was really great. I could write so much more! We will definitely be in touch when we come back to California! Thank you Alegro Tours!

Utter disaster and a disgrace. Do not use. Disastrous organisation Guide changed 3 times the night before and the guy who showed up was delightful but just a taxi driver with poor English and knew ZERO about SF. We immediately complained and then had to meet the original woman who was rather reticent about information and we’d read most of what we were told on Wikipedia. No cultural or historical knowledge. She offered a refund which I wanted half of as we did see Golden Gate but that did not make up for the waste of time and frankly I was worried she wasn’t well. Trip Advisor should not be offering this.

As we disembarked from our cruise ship we were met by a very friendly tour guide. On our tour we saw everything on our list along with a few other places. Taking this tour was a relaxing way to see and enjoy the city and all that it has to offer. We had numerous opportunities for pictures. Overall this was a very memorable experience for us. I would 100% recommend doing this tour if you want a comprehensive tour of San Francisco.

We were 6 adults and so needed a larger car. We were set up with Effie in an immaculate Suburban. Effie was very knowledgeable, not only about SF but also restaurants in various parts of the city, and our other stops down to San Simeon. He was genuinely enthusiastic, and we got to see much and make a number of great photo stops. The 4 hours was perfect not to feel rushed.co

This is a well curated tour with many spectacular views and charming stops at Monterey, Carmel, Pebble Beach and The Big Sur. Our guide, Pep , enhanced the experience with her knowledge and insights and above all a very friendly, flexible and warm disposition.

We started early with the tour as suggested by our very pleasant tour guide ,Pat,to avoid the traffic.It was educational and experiential.We only did not take beautiful pictures but we experienced passing by the golden gate and the crookedest street .Pat made us go down a very long stair walk which made us feel how it is to live in very steep hilly place.She introduced to us some of SFO’s icons like the young man who invented the .television and the lady who had the first breast implants.Not only were our eyes treated to the beautiful sceneries,our minds were also filled with so many trivias like the tallest building and the highest hill.Pat also made some suggestions as to where to eat and to buy touristy stuff.The big pleasant surprise,however,is George Lucas’movie complex.My son is a big Star Wars fan and he really enjoyed the Yoda fountain and the small museum of Lucas’ films.After the tour,Pat dropped us off to the endline of the cable car which we took to end our wonderful San Francisco city tour.Thanks Pat for being patient and for giving us a memorable tour.By the way,she also provided bottles of water and some snacks to keep us hydrated and to sustain our energy.

We’ve been to SFO a few times but this time was special. Pep is an outstanding guide, a wonderful human being, prepared and has a huge knowledge of the history of San Francisco. She is very caring, attentive, friendly and she went the extra mile to provide us with the best experience possible in this magical city. Thanks to her we learned a great deal and as a movie lover herself we had so much in common and to talk about while driving to our next spot. We highly recommend her tour and we cannot thank her enough. It was the best tour I’ve ever experienced.

Alegro Tour: The experience was very valuable. Pat, the tour guide, was knowledgeable, professional, and shared plethora of information with us. She even took pictures of us. A four hour tour of San Francisco, with a trip across the Golden Gate Bridge and lots of photo opportunities. Pep was a kind and considerate guide. My teens and zi really enjoyed it.

Pep from Alegro Private Tours took myself & my family on a very memorable tour of San Francisco. It was a full day of sightseeing from great views of the Golden Gate Bridge in Marin to the Chase Center (NBA arena) in the evening. We went to all of the known attractions (like Chinatown) & many of the unknown tourist attractions (like Jimmy Hendrix's old apartment). It was a great day & I would highly recommend her for any person or family who wants a full tour of the city in a comfortable car.
