My family and I recently went on the tour of Yosemite/Mammoth/Tahoe and had the most amazing time! This experience was perfect for my family; we would have missed out on so many of these incredible spots had we not chosen to take a guided trip. The views and the stops we made were absolutely breathtaking. I have yet to see anything else like it in the states.
Our tour guide, Jill J. , was amazing! So friendly, so informative, so HELPFUL! She was extremely accommodating to everyone. One passenger on our excursion had even recently gone through knee surgery and Jill was able to cater to her needs without hindering the experience of the whole group. Jill was also able to navigate Lake Tahoe on the Fourth of July so we could see the fireworks (no easy feat). If you’re reading this Jill, you rock! And I’m sure everyone in our excursion group would 1000% agree.
I honestly don’t know which to rave more about... our tour guide, or the trip! Everything about this adventure was amazing and SO needed. Absolutely will book another trip through Incredible Adventures!

I booked this tour alone and found myself in a group of 13 friendly and easy-going people + guide. The company and leadership were great! The trip was just the right duration to see the main sites and the hotels were comfortable. My only criticism is that the pre-trip information could have made it clearer that the only food included amounted to 2 breakfasts. So the overall outlay was higher than expected, and this meant I had less money remaining to tip our good leader/driver. If you book with this firm, get them to spell out what is included.

With the labor day weekend the following weekend I was lucky enough to be on a tour with only 3 of us and our amazing guide Big Max. I also hit the jackpot with IncredibleTours upgrading my accommodation type to match the couple who made up our group so as time could be saved on transporting back and forth and more time sightseeing and a tight group bond formed. The vehicle we would be spending hrs in was clean, comfortable and spacious which added to our enjoyment. Big Max is such a personable guy and was genuine in his interest in getting to know us and what we were looking fwd to on the trip and because of our numbers he personalized the schedule to suit everyones preferences. It didnt take long to realize how authentic his love for the Yosemite region is by his bright wide eyes and ear to ear grin whenever he spoke of it. His knowledge was amazing from naming nearly every peak along with their elevation (even converted to metres for an Aussie) the history of all regions along the entire route and any subject you could think to question him about he would have the answer for. Being on my own on the tour with a moderate fitness level and the elder couple not confident to attempt hiking to a number of the landmarks Max managed to accommodate all and was more than happy to suggest hikes that would suit all and was more than happy to take me to hidden gems that I would never have known about or even been able to find on my own. The accommodation at each location was above expectations although I was expecting to spend the week in tents and all meal options satisfying. From being a born and bred city boy this trip and the way I was lucky enough to experience it through has opened my eyes and a new direction to take has opened. Im planning on spending much more of my time out in the fresh crisp air of the wilderness. Thanks so much for the magical time Incadventures and if I was them I'd sign Max to a long term contract.

We took the 4 day trip to Yosemite and the Sierras last Sept and we were very happy that we signed with Incredible Adventures. Our guide is very knowledgeable and very flexible as well. The added bonus of going to Glacier Point was just beautiful. He knew what to do when we hit an unpredictable snowy weather along Mammoth Lakes . Overall it was a great trip. And the way he ended the tour just watching the San Francisco skyline at night was magical. I would highly recommend this tour especially with Robert as the guide.

So sorry for the delay I had not seen your question. I rang the tour company the day prior and asked the same question, as our tour was so small in numbers we had an abundance of space to bring bags but as I had been travelling for some time I didn't want to have all the bag room so booked my excess into BAGS BNB in San Francisco. Not too much needed just make sure you have a day bag for hikes
