We had a great day. No fog and a good view of all the sights. First Mate was very thoughtful in taking care of the guests. Enjoyed our last night in San Francisco.

Lived in the bay for some time and finally got around to doing this - it’s a must! Pretty incredible to see the Golden Gate Bridge from underneath, plus sunset on the water is amazing. Jeff (captain) and Brady (1st mate) were great company! Enjoyed all of it.

We were disappointed in the 90minute sailing tour. We were promised views from ‘underneath the Golden Gate Bridge’ but it was a mere spec in the distance. We did not sail anywhere near Saulsilito or Angel Island. Captain Micheal did not give a single word of commentary about anything and the advertised free drinks were cans in foam cup holders. We sailed closely around Alcatraz so managed to get some photos of that but all the other places we expected to see were somewhere far in the distance - no idea where as they weren’t pointed out. The boat was shabby and needs painting/varnishing and I would not recommend this tour.

I chose this experience because it seemed safe enough for me to enjoy and adventurous enough for my husband and son to love. It was lovely for us all. It's 90 minutes of quiet and beauty. The captain & first mate do not talk/narrate. They just sail well & keep an eye on passengers to ensure all have a nice, safe time. We enjoyed the 2 drinks and the lovely views. The family next to us had their sweet 3 year old bundled up in blankets provided. Our 4:15 sail was un-crowded and very comfortable. Do layer up! It's chilly out there. :)

My wife and I made it a habit of going for our wedding anniversary. So this was our 3rd time going. Best sailing boat experience anyone would find in the bay.

Excellent experience. We looked at different tours and very glad this is the one we decided to go with. Great company and very relaxing trip!

Small sailing experience. We had 11 people on board. Fun to be so close to the water. Deck hand who served drinks was personable. Highly recommend.

6:30 pm sail, lucky no fog, glorious day on the Bay, easy booking, boarding logistics, great old “sea dog” captain, sublime sailing with medium winds.. will do again in future.

Wouldn’t waste my money on it again. Didn’t even get close to the Golden Gate Bridge. It was extremely foggy which I get but the only thing the captain said the WHOLE time was, “in my 40 something years I’ve done this only one time has July 4th been clear with no clouds.” That’s it. He didn’t talk to us about what we were seeing, it was quiet the whole time. Wasn’t impressed for $100 price tag. Was told they were giving us a deal because it was a pretty empty charter, only to get on the boat and it was so full we had to sit up front with a bar under our legs that was quite uncomfortable for an hours and a half. I would definitely take the one that looked more like a ferry than the sailboat tour again.

Wonderful scenic boat ride around Alcatraz and city scape of SF!! Exceptional crew as well, they were very kind and accommodating!!! I hope to take a longer boat ride next time!

Fun sail, competent and interesting crew. Captain maneuvered so that we did see the sunset on the cold, cloudy day! They had warm blankets and jackets to use. Weʻd go again.

Nice trip, but slow. We would have enjoyed using both sails. The people were nice, though. It is good to have the spare jackets and blankets.

As the last treat on my month of travel I booked onto the sunset trip at the last minute. What a wonderful decision. The views out across SF Bay were amazing and the team were very good to talk with. We saw seals, porpoises, pelicans and so on. The weather was perfect and it was great to be on smaller boat, under sails rather than on the big boats. Thank you for the lovely evening!

We had the great luck of perfect weather and a private charter atmosphere last night on the sunset cruise. The crew was very accommodating and the beverage selection was good. You can’t get views like this from land. This is our second time to book this cruise and we will go again next time we’re in SF.

Caleb and A______ deftly guided our small group on a relaxing and very enjoyable sail. It was fun to see places around the Bay from the middle of the water.
