Terrible - left stranded in an unfamiliar city with no sign of a 'hop on, hop off bus' - customer service is awful

The stops are not marked as San Francisco law don't allow them to put up signs so I down loaded a map with them on it but still found it hard so I went to union square as that was a sure thing then I stayed on until it had... More

There is an orange line you can switch to at the the Golden Gate Park that is include ln the daily pass. That line takes you across the gate and back
