- Tours are arranged on a demand basis and require a minimum of 5 passengers to guarantee departure
- Important: Please note if you need a sleeping bag and any dietary requirements in the 'Special Requirements' field when booking
- Camping is easy, but cooperation is important. Don't worry if you've never camped before; many people haven't. You will be supplied with all the camping equipment necessary for a trip of this nature, using quality tents, camping and cooking equipment. Everybody is expected to participate in setting up and breaking down the camp, and the professional guides are available to attend to your needs to ensure a positive camping experience. We camp at the best campsites, with hot showers and modern facilities. Swimming is available nearby. During booking, please note if you will need a sleeping bag
- We use 4-person tents but only have two people in each. In the case of odd numbers in your party, there is a chance you will be paired with another person of the same gender from a different party.
- You will be provided with the food, but not the chefs. You guys are the cooks, waiters, dishwashers and, of course, the guests. On leaving the city, we stop at a supermarket and buy everything we need. The fare is a mixture of chicken, beef and vegetarian, all-you-can-eat and very tasty. Most people eat better with us than they have done previously on their travels. Please inform us of any dietary requirements/concerns at the time of booking.
- Tour operator uses comfortable 15-passenger vans with dual air-conditioning and stereo sound. Our vans are fueled by biodiesel, a vegetable oil-based diesel fuel, to promote green business. All of the vans have large roof racks for your luggage and the camping equipment.
- On your journeys, you will need sneakers or hiking boots, shorts, T-shirts, swimwear, sun protection, a water bottle, flashlight and something warmer in case there is a change in weather.
- June through September in Yosemite is hot and sunny with occasional afternoon showers. May and October days are warm with cooler nights. As with all mountain environments, weather can vary quickly, so a layer of warm clothing is a good idea.
- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund

- G3126PWdavep0 contributionsIt's a review, spoilers: happy customersCame with me mum. And she was smiling all along the ride. Quite the highlight of our visit to the US. Lawton, our driver and guide for the day, was a funny chap and was well informed about just about anything. You could ask him and he'd usually have an anwser. Everything was well arranged, the whole ride went smooth. Well chuffed about the experience.Written January 5, 2025
- Mary S0 contributionsChristmas / New Year holiday with a friendExcellently organised. Especially the drivers to / from Yosemite National Park. Extra special mention for Brian Sugrue and David (don’t know his surname) for their knowledge, professionalism and friendliness on the drive from San Francisco to Yosemite. And, also to Lawton Bryant for the return journey. Again pointing out items of interest along the way. Staff at Yosemite were friendly as always (I have been before). Only issue I had was when asked to confirm pick up time via phone. Was unable to get through, so had to contact the main office. Jocelyn was great in responding quickly.Written January 5, 2025
- Ezioelka0 contributionsAmazing guide NoahNoah was incredibly knowledgable and affable. He explained everything from the natural history and background of the native peoples to relevant points about the landscape, climate, geography, and more. He was able to answer all our questions well and clearly enjoys his job. I would absolutely recommend Noah and any of his tours to anybody visiting the area.Written January 4, 2025
- mourid20190 contributionsNot worth it if Muir Woods isn’t open, please have better alternative for the future.Muir Woods was closed so could not visit it. Tour operator did not let us know right away. Only found out when guide came to pick us up. There should be an alternative plan if Muir Woods is closed for the future. Or at least consider giving customers a partial refund or other options. Just the Sonoma and Napa wine tour were not worth the money. Definitely disappointed. The wine tours were fine, just basic. Not worth it if Muir Woods is not included.Written December 16, 2024

- 다은 홍0 contributionsDont book. There is cheaper wayMy experience was the opposite of what I expected. I thought I would be paying for multiple stops that were listed in the schedule but we only made two stops. One stop was only 20 min and the other stop was 3 hours(only one major lactation was there and the rest of the time was for lunch). Where it was pretty much free time and do it ourselves. The tour guide provided barely any information. It would be cheaper and better to honestly rent a car and drive where you want to go and look up facts on google. However I don’t think it’s the guide fault. He was nice but I think it’s better to just do it yourself. I pretty just paid for an expensive bus ride to and from Yosemite.Written December 1, 2024

If you’re short on time, great half day excursion to experience the redwoods at Muir Woods & stroll the cute town of Sausalito right outside SF w/ easy pickup at Hilton Union Square hotel.Written November 10, 2024
- bertweed0 contributionsTop guide -Brian👍Brian was a great guide-amusing, knowledgeable and obviously loves his job. It was a long day ( not helped by one couple who were always late, despite clear instructions from Brian-he handled them well as they were very rude to all of us!). Despite this we had a great day but I think if people are going to be over 15 mins late they should be left. Brian did a great job and the park was amazing-we would like to do the longer tour next time👍😎Written November 8, 2024
- Sydney A0 contributionsEileen was the best tour guide. Yosemite is beautiful.10/10 recommend! Eileen was our tour guide and picked us up just a couple of blocks from our hotel. She took care of all the driving and parking at each site which was SO nice not to have to worry about. Eileen also gave great tips and advice on which sites and hikes to see and do! Yosemite was SO beautiful. If we were ever to go back we would definitely utilize this trip package again.Written November 6, 2024
- ZzzzzzMag0 contributionsGreat and Full DayIt was the most amazing way to see Yosmite in a day. The tour was worth the money and the guide was very knowledgeable and personable. Would highly recommend. Yosemite is an absolute wonder and I would love to revisit, my plan would be to maybe try and extend my visit to overnight and have a little more chance for hiking and climbing. Good size group and likeminded travelers, a few solo like me.Written November 5, 2024

This trip exceeded our expectations! Our guide WES was amazing- great vibes, great stories, and full of knowledge/experience. All we had to do was show up and everything else was taken care of in order to have a great time. We all worked together to have a full camping experience without the headache of preparing all the gear and food. Wes knew exactly where to take us based on the weather each day and held us to a schedule that allowed for just the right amount of time at each activity/site so that we were not rushed and could take it all in, but also were able to see all the highlights within the 3 days. Our favorite parts of Yosemite was the hike up Misty Trail passed Vernon Falls as well as the incredible views from Glacier Point. That being said, every part of the park is beautiful- we couldn't get enough. Everyone in the group was friendly and brought a great adventurous attitude. We enjoyed sharing stories about life and other adventures with our new pals. We would totally recommend Incredible Adventures

We are so pleased and flattered you had such a great time on tour. Three days in Yosemite is never enough but it sounds like with the help of Wes you were able to take full advantage of the time. Many thanks for leaving us a review!

A really positive camping experience, with a great leader, Jill. The 3-day trip offered a variety of activities - walking, swimming, driving through the most amazing landscape, fabulous fresh meals, and the opportunity to chill and relax or do some great walks. Jill was a terrific guide, a safe and skilled driver, and provided a range of explanations on the geology, habitat, animals etc of the region. She went out of her way to make sure all of us were very well looked after, a great communicator and great sense of humor and passion for the environment. Thank you!

We had a small group of 7 for our 3 day tour. The spots in the park we visited were moderate level hikes all of short distances (max 5 miles round trip), but still had incredible views. A great mix of guided time and open/flexible time—our last day in the valley our guide gave us many options of potential hikes, bike rides, sights, or swims we could enjoy. Our guide was knowledgeable and everyone was open to chatting and making new friends.
For Covid—a lot of time is spent in the van with the group members driving to and from as well as inside the park. I chose to bring my own individual tent (which was approved when I asked), and all group members were pretty good about wearing masks when inside the van. Most likely if any of the members of your group had Covid, you would still be exposed even with these precautions just because of the amount of time spent together in the van and outdoors.

I'm writing this review a month after my trip, and I can't believe how much I miss it. This is a great trip and I would highly recommend over any single day trip. There's just so much to see in Yosemite!
Great job by the organizers in packaging the tour, although I'd suggest they inform future travellers of the DIY aspect of camping and maybe place an upper age limit. I had the misfortune of having a few aged travellers in my group who seemed to confuse 'guide' with 'servant'. I'd also recommend avoiding long weekend travel due to the single lane traffic going into the park.
Huge shout out to our guide, Ollie who aside from being knowledgeable and patient, is also a great musician!

We had the most amazing time on the three day Yosemite camping tour. Definitely recommend doing three days if you have the time, to make the most of Yosemite.
Our guide Sam was excellent. He made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Our itinerary had to change slightly due to the weather in the high country but this was no problem at all for Sam who came up with a great new plan for Glacier Point and Sentinel dome. Every day was well paced, we did so much but never felt rushed. Sam was energetic and encouraging and also a fab photographer, making sure everyone got great pictures. Overall an incredible experience.

My daughter and I just took a 3 day tour to Yosemite with guide Noah. This trip was the absolute highlight of our trip, not just because Yosemite is awe inspiring but because without Noah this trip wouldn’t have been the same. He is a pleasure to hang out with which is important spending so much time with a guide but also very knowledgeable and safety conscious. From the minute we left San Francisco he provided us with so much local information on history and Flora and fauna. Noah made all the hikes that we did accessible for all by giving plenty of options to adapt depending on ability. He prepared very good food and made sure we all had plenty to eat and were well catered for. A guide like this is worth his weight in gold, I really hope the company, particularly being a local Cali company takes good care of guides like this by paying them a living wage and giving them medical insurance. The company is a smaller business compared to other tour operators and is also eco certified, so it’s great to support them.

This trip was phenomenal and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves the outdoors. Aiden was our tour guide and he was amazing - friendly, helpful and really great at bonding the tour group together. He offered several recommendations and helpful advice for our hikes and also made sure we got to see as much as possible in the 3 days were were at Yosemite.
Our camping area was comfortable with showers and hot water for anyone who wanted it. The food was also great and there were several opportunities to buy snacks before we got into the Yosemite valley.
I hope to visit again and will definitely look up tours from this company in the future!

What a place Yosemite is. Breathtakingly beautiful - jaw dropping scenery. Aiden was our guide. He bent over backwards to makes us all feel happy and comfortable and never seemed to dip in his energy levels to give us the best experience possible. I would recommend this tour to anyone. Our group bonded really well and our kids have great memories of the places they saw and the people they met.

my family and I had a wonderful time. Apart from the slightly inadequate sleeping bags it was perfect. Our group was excellent. Half young and half older. The NY'ers were a hoot as were the Aussies. The German ladies were so nice and fun to be with (and cute!). The Portugese lady also was very nice and helpful. The giant Brit was hilarious to talk with. The Italian man was very nice (not at all lecherous!). The tall German man was a quiet but funny person. Of course our guide was "incredible" so energetic and well spoken and provided everything we needed.

We’re so glad we went despite the fires near Yosemite. This potentially tricky situation was managed very well. We felt very comfortable in Aiden’s hands, he was very knowledgeable about the (natural) history of the area, and happy to accommodate the wishes of the group. What a luxury to be driven through the park, leaving you to admire the beauty. My one suggestion would be regarding the communication prior to the trip in terms of packing lists and itinerary. It was hard to find the information in a consistent place (most of the group had had to contact the organization). Suggest taking a headlamp and don’t forget a towel. There are no pillows so being able to stuff your jacket in something is a plus.

This trip looks appealing. Im looking at June, but know it is busy during this time of year. Does this trip successfully navigate around the crowds at this time? Also, how hot it in Yosemite as a camper? I am not a camper, but I like the price of this for a multi-day tour, and know the lodges are too much money.

Can you accommodate people with disabilities? I partially paralyzed left foot and have a little trouble with balance and walking. I wear a leg brace and walk with a cane. Some of the hikes described in the review I might not be able to do but others I suspect I could.
