I normally don’t like these kind of touristy boats yet for a couple of hours it wasn’t worth charting a boat. It was a little cool & it wasn’t too packed. Ticketing is strange the way they do it so beware of that. The boat is a little rough & could be much cleaner yet for the price & time it was sufficient. I sat up top the whole time & because being cool you could sit or stand anywhere. It went to both bridges & around the rock covering a good portion of the bay. If it is a warm sunny day I would walk around the ticket office to see how crowded it will be. There is always a line & they really try hard to sell tickets. You will see that

Red and White fleet were friendly and professional and we enjoyed our two hour cruise on SF Bay. Pre booked tickets via a Go City SF card were easily converted to cruise tickets and we had a great time. The only variable is the weather, but that’s not something any of us could control.

This review happened during CoVID (June 2021) before June 15th. My wife and I went to San Francisco for a short vacation. We did the Bridge to Bridge tour on a Saturday. The trip is popular, and the boat was full of people. The boat still had plenty of space to be social distant. You didn’t have to wear your mask if you where outside on the deck. The staff was friendly. The boat had a small snack shack that also sold drinks. The tour had a audio version with different languages if needed. The boat had plenty of seats and every location on the boat is good location to view. You get great views of Alcatraz, The Golden Gate Bridge, and City of San Francisco. What I loved is that you get to go under the Golden Gate Bridge. It’s about a two-hour tour so plan accordingly. The tour is worth your time and money. I will do this again when we visit.

The boat was well-outfitted for viewing, with 3 decks and seating along the sides. Nice narration and good photo opportunities, with close approaches to the SF shoreline, Alcatraz, and both bridges. It was nice to see the headlands beyond the GG bridge and the City from the south side of the Bay Bridge. It would have been nice to see Sausalito up close, but that was not part of the tour.

Considering we were on the last trip on Christmas Eve, the staff kept up their energy. Many of the travellers wore Santa Hats and there was a good festive feel on the boat. They had laid on some games for the younger passengers. The biggest problem was getting past the "Snowflakes" who spent the entire trip taking selfies and ignoring the views we were seeing.

I have been to San Francisco many times and was looking for something a little different. This tour is extremely well done from start to finish. The staff checking you in couldn’t be more helpful, the boat is very clean and big. It is self guided in the sense that you are provided with headphone and a recorded devise explaining what you are seeing as the boat explores the bay. There is staff available for questions on all decks and refreshments are available on the bottom deck. Definitely worth the cost and a very enjoyable way to spend an hour and half. I would highly recommend it. Don’t forget the sunscreen!

Booked online before travelling. It was a foggy day unfortunately (but that's not uncommon I hear), but the cruise was enjoyable. We thought the audio headphones were a good idea as on a number of cruises staff live commentary is hard to hear from different locations on the boat. We still got nice photos when up close to the bridges, despite the fog cover. The café was OK, but had no hot chocolate as advertised which was disappointing considering it is winter and there were only 30-35 passengers on board. It's not like they would have sold out! For a midday cruise, we had hoped for sandwiches/wraps to be available, but nothing of this nature supplied. Plenty of seating indoors and out.
