Linda was funny, engaging, informative and a pleasure to be with.
She was good with our kids, aged 11-14, because she does school groups. They often feel unengaged on tours but this was not the case here

Hi 974ralu: This was high praise indeed! Engaging kids on a tour means I'm not such an "old" lady after all...was it the moment when I sang "I Get My Peaches out in Georgia?" Thank you for the 5 star review!

Linba was fabulous and we had a great time! Learned of history but also some current cultural things we would never have known had we not done the tour. Dim Sum at the Oriental Pearl was really really good. Highly recommend the tour!

Chinatown Tour with Linda
Aug 2021
Meeting Linda and our very personal tour was the best part of our day. Be sure to confirm if you are requesting a private tour as we did have some confusion but, I can say, Linda went above and beyond in making sure we felt cared for on our visit. We do recommend the DIm Sum lunch as the quality was quite good. Dim Sum was not new to us and we really enjoyed the meal and time to visit with each other. Overall, we recommend this experience. Linda's personal experiences from growing up in San Francisco's Chinatown brought us an understanding we would never had appreciated on our own.

Dear EZDad: I'm thrilled that I provided a memorable experience for you and your family. Through our flexibility, we were able to share experiences about our time in China and in Chinatown in a personal, intimate way. I hope future readers will see that the dim sum meal ranked high for experienced dim sum diners. Lastly, thank you for your generosity of time, sending this 5 star review, and gift with such a stylish "note card."

Perfect morning in Chinatown!
Jul 2021 • Family
We really enjoyed learning about the history of Chinatown, and how it connects with the architecture and places. We liked learning about the culture too … like the store where you can buy all of the paper offerings for deceased family and friends.

Dear Ixchel S: And what about Terry and Yi-fu's participation about red envelopes, the yin yang stones, and their generosity of being treated to the Brown Sugar Boba Ice Cream bars at the market? How lucky were we to have had them join our tour!
