Criss was a wonderful, relaxed and friendly guide, and we had a lovely morning seeing some great areas in San Francisco. Such a nice way to enjoy and learn about the city!! We climbed 250+ steps to see the Coit tower and loved it- but the steps might not be for everyone. Criss

Dear Moffett1: Thanks for your thorough review! It's always a challenge to be heard on the noisy streets of Chinatown, but that's the authenticity of it. We are walking through multiple streets of a bustling, lively community. Feel free to send me the photos you took if you want me to identify some of our stops. And Happy New Year!
