On arrival driver was there with our name on a board, communication and drop off to our hotel was perfect, would definitely recommend.

Lady who picked is up from baggage claim was really nice and prompt. Airport driver broke the handles on my luggage. The guy who picked me up from my hotel to bring me back to the airport was very nice and prompt

Our flight was 8:25am and the transfer only offers pick up at 4:30am. I asked if they can do pickup at 5:30. The answer was no! Are they out of their mind? Who wants to sit and wait at the airport for 3 and a half hour! I asked them to cancel my reservation and was told that I reserved though trip advisors/aviator do I need to get refund from them. The next day I get a transfer pickup reminder. Apparently, they did not cancel the reservation. I ended up getting charged anyway. Trip advisor should have a link to cancellation the tour or should have told me to contact trip advisor/ aviator to cancel it myself. I am mad!!!!

Great service, picked us up exactly on time. The drivers were friendly and helpful. Would defo recommend. Thank you- you made the transfers easy.

We had to wait for close to an hour for the shuttle even though we arranged and paid in advance. We paid more than what is advertised. We were the first ones on and the last ones off. They drove right past our destination near Aloha Tower, all the way through Waikiki. Last ones off. Over 2.5 hrs wasted.

We had a big bus as we were with a party off eight. It was very comfortable to travel from the airport to our hotel. I would go with them again.

VIP Trans driver picked us up at the cruise terminal to take us to our Waikiki hotel. The driver arrived early, helped us with our luggage, was very courteous and helpful. He also gave us interesting pointers on touring while in Honolulu. Very happy with the service.

The first van didn't pick us up. He went right by us. So I called the office and they sent a second van. This guy was mad. He said that he was supposed to be on his lunch. He drove like a He was trying to escape a fire. He fiddled with the radio all the way only stopping to make a phone call. His attitude was awful.

The experience was straightforward and exactly what I needed. I called the day before to confirm my pickup at the airport and they told me they would track my flight. Pretty much as soon as I landed, I got a call from them telling me to go to baggage claim. I was met by a friendly man holding my name on a handwritten sign. He escorted me to the waiting area for the shuttle. Then the shuttle came and I was the only pickup at the time, so I had it to myself. The driver was also very friendly and dropped me off in front of my hotel. Overall, the service was great and the price reasonable. I would use this service again.

This company had some very good drivers. We used the service to and from the airport numerous times during our trip. When talking to the dispatchers when there were problems weren't overall friendly or attentive when trying to resolve them. Consistently they had the wrong times for pick up and the wrong airlines to go to. The prices is reasonable but will look for another company if I go again.

They met us at the baggage claim. Waited for our luggage and then out to the van for our ride to the hotel. Very friendly!!!

This airport transfer company was totally unacceptable. They did not meet us in the terminal and were very late in picking us up outside the airport. Never, never use this company. They are terrible. I had to borrow an airport employee's phone to call as I did not have phone service on my cell. Horrible service.

So easy and very affordable vs cruise transfer. We disembarked the cruise early. The van was already waiting and we got to the airport early and was able to change our flight for an earlier one back to Kona.

Bus and friendly staff were waiting at cruise terminal on arrival but bus was late picking me up to go to International Airport. Driver snappy and didn’t apologise for lateness just excuses.
