    Stop At: Maui Tropical Plantation, 1670 Honoapiilani Hwy, Wailuku, Maui, HI 96793-9347

    -LENGTH is approximately 45 minutes, including a 15 minute stop at the tiki hut for a coconut husking and opening. In just under a mile, cruise through farmland set against the mountains.
    -SITES are subject to seasonality but may include pineapple, coconut, mango, banana, coffee, plumeria, heliconia, macadamia nut, palms, papaya, ti leaf, starfruit, jackfruit, sugarcane, sweet potato, ulu, taro, herbs, lettuces, corn, avocado, rambutan, longan, citrus and more.
    -BOOKING should take place before you arrive at the Plantation.
    -BOARDING PASSES can be picked up at the Visitor's Kiosk in the central village (or at any cashier at the Plantation Store when you first park). Head up the path from the parking lot towards the western mountains. Look for a green and white kiosk.
    -MEET your guide at the boarding platform five minutes before departure time. Your guide will provide a brief introduction and you’re off to see paradise. Your guide will drive you throughout private Plantation grounds pointing out items of interest and giving a fun overview of all things tropical.

    Very nice tour. We had hoped to see more variety of plants, but loved what we saw. All employees were very friendly and made the tour enjoyable. The complementary fruit cup after the tram tour was refreshing!

    huge giftshop, restaurant and zipline, thats it. If you're on the way to or back from Iao Valley you can visit for restroom, giftshop or ice cream. Other than that doesn't worth visitting.More

    There are times when you are invited to get off the train to look at plants or a coconut demo up close. I'd contact the business about if the scooter could fit aboard the train, otherwise, I'm sure that you can see/hear... More
