        We really, Really, REALLY do not recomend this company based on our experience
        Can you imagine how two elderly travels were looking forward to a professional limo pickup after a 15 hour travelling day? Can you imagine how FRUSTRATED we felt arriving at Memphis airport without any instructions on how to find the limo driver? Can you imagine how ANNOYED we were when we called your offices at 21:27 and listen to a recording for 2 minutes and 1 second before you cut us off. Can you imagine how our ANGER grew after we called again at 21:33 only to be cut off after 14 seconds this time. So with NO INSTRUCTIONS from you and no way to get in touch we proceeded to baggage reclaim expecting to see our driver with a welcome to Memphis placard. But no driver.  Can you imagine how ANNOYED, FRUSTRATED, LOST and a little NERVOUS we felt.  Can you imagine how relieved we were to find a line of taxis and a friendly driver to take us downtown.  Can you imagine how we now feel to be refused a refund when it's your systems that have LET US DOWN. We were there on time, we wanted to travel with you. But couldn't because you didn't explain how to.

        ORD to downtown driver
        Service from O'Hare to downtown hotel was easy & fast to book. Our driver, Tim, was prompt, courteous & informative. Pleasant drive. Moonroof let us get a beautiful view of Board of Trade Bldg lit up. Car was clean & quite comfortable. Will be booking return to airport. Absolutely recommend!!

        Hit or miss. If I'm in NYC again, NO
        First driver ((cruise port to condo) got pulled over, (didn't realize until we told her) got a ticket, then got out to ask questions. We walked to our condo. Received a follow up call, explained the situation, was told to expect a call from GM, 2 weeks later nothing. Agreed to keep 2nd pre-paid transfer from condo to airport (as long as not oringal driver), it was excellent.

        Very good experience
        Great service! Our flight was delayed and our driver waited for us. He was very nice and he got us to our destination safely. The vehicle was very clean and looked brand new. Highly, highly recommended!!

        Bad Service
        My experience with Carmel Limo was beyond disappointing. Despite booking two weeks in advance and providing our flight details, they failed to have a car ready upon our arrival. They repeatedly assured us of a 5-7 minute wait after baggage claim, but it was a lie. We were left stranded at midnight with our children in the cold. When we called, they arranged another service, but it took 40 minutes to arrive. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using Carmel Limo. They're unreliable, untrustworthy, and their false promises put customers in vulnerable situations. Look elsewhere for your transportation needs.

        On time, reliable, pleasant, clean and safe driving.
        Carmel driver arrived on time and at the location specified, called me 10 minutes before to let me know he was there waiting for us. We scheduled a 3:00 AM pick up from a club out by the West Side Highway, so it was very important we were picked up on time and we were. I would definitely use this service again. Clean car, on time, called me when they had arrived, arrived early, drove 6 of us home safely, couldn't ask for more.

        Smoking and Filthy Car
        I fly quite a lot of red eye's from the West Coast to NYC. I usually book Carmel Cars as I want to know that I have a driver waiting for me when I arrive tired. On a recent trip, I had the most horrible experience. Picked up by a man with a van and it was utterly filthy inside and reeked of cigarette smoke. The ride to my home is was about 1.5 hours due to rush hour and I felt nauseous the entire time due to the smell. Additionally the driver kept checking his mobile devices (I think there were 3 of them) during the trip causing him to go over lane lines and it was very unsafe. I contacted the company immediately after I got out of the car and lodged a complaint. They did credit me back a very nominal amount, 13%, which I felt was insulting due to the state of the car and the smoke smell. I would never have thought a true hire car company would ever have cars in this condition. Otherwise, why not just do Uber or Lyft. I have previously had good experiences with this company, but since this experience, I cannot in good conscious recommend them to anyone else.

        Always excellent service. So much more efficient and easy than Taxi's, Uber and Lyft. You feel like a VIP the entire time and the pricing is great! This is my review but I am awarded $10 Car cash from Carmel for sharing it"

        Awesome Service/ Reasonable Price
        Great service, booked last minute and had no issues. Early morning flight pick up was 2am. Called a few hours before pick up and changed the pickup time to a half hour earlier and had no problem. Great vehicle, driver was early to the pick up and provided a safe ride to the airport. Awesome service at a reasonable price.

        Best service!
        I have used Carmel car service before, so on my most recent trip today, I decided to book it again. It was the right choice! My flight believe it or not changed the departure time half hour early and arrived early as well. I was afraid that I had to wait since I booked the old arrival time on my app. But after I push the app ready to go, my drive called me back within a few minutes and my app also showed very clear instructions as where to meet the driver. It was a nice Tesla car picked me up. This was my first time riding in a 2024 Tesla, so it was fun! Overall, the Carmel car service is reliable, safe, valuable, and the driver was friendly. I will for sure book them again everyone I fly into NYC.

        The driver was on time and was nice enough to come back at the airport to drop off my friend's wallet who she left at the car and didn't realized it was gone til checking in. He refused to take additional tip eventhough he had to drive back.

        My wife and I used Carmel Car & Limousine service for car service from our home to LGA and a return from JFK. All parts of the experience were professional and first rate including the safety of the car, the professionalism of the driver and the on-time performance of the service. We will Definity use Carmel again!

        Worst and most unreliable airport transfer service, ever.
        My family and I paid for an airport transfer from Newark to Manhattan and return to Newark. The first journey was as expected, but marred by the utterly rude taxi driver that angrily insisted to have a tip added to the toll charges. However this was made worse on the return trip to the airport, that never happened. The taxi was scheduled to pick us up from the hotel at 5pm with a flight time of 8pm (this will have given us an hour for the journey to to the airport, prior to the anticipated 2 hours check-in process airports insist we need. But 5pm came and when, even though earlier in the day we called to double check the arrangements. called again after 5pm and each time was told that the ride will be there in 15 mins... eventually after 3 phone calls they conceded that there will ne no driver turning up as the drivers kept cancelling the journey. so stood at the kerbside at 6.20pm we had to hail a cab to get to the airport, Friday rush hour, we got to the airport at 7.35pm rushing across the airport following a ride that cost more than the initial return transfer that was planned, and only narrowly making the boarding. Severely let down by this transfer service and they only refunded 40% of the cost of the service, leaving me out of pocket for the £125 yellow cab ride.

      Horrible, horrible. Never again. I booked a transfer with them from SEATAC to the Homewood Suites Downtown Seattle in Queen Anne. $80. When I got my receipt it said the wrong Homewood Suites many miles away. Thenreceipt gave the limo company number and I called to correct the drop off. They said there would be a 50% upcharge to change the dropoff. I toldnthem I out the right info in, but Viator screwed it up" she said we would have to pay $40 more dollars to change it. I called Viator and got a rep who I could barely understand. She was horribly rude and said that due to being within a time limit, I had to pay despite the fact that their information was correct. I told her to cancel or change the drop off which they had messed up. After being on hold more than 30 minutes, i hung up and called my credit card to dispute the charges. SHE NEVER CANCELLED. When we arrived in Seattle, a text arrived from the driver saying to text him when we got our bags. I told him the address was wrong and he said no problem. We waited almost an hour. He showed up finally, did not help us with the bags. I showed him the address and he put it in his gps. We thought. Well, he took us to a weird, scary part of the city and stopped outside a liquor store and said here we are. We said, this is not it. He said, yes it is my gps says it is. I showed him the mapquest on my ipad and said keep driving. He finally realized he had put in the wrong address in his gps and started driving again after 10 minutes or arguing. If we had gotten out I am sure we would have been attacked. It took more than an hour to get to a place 25 minutes away. He did not know where he was going and was totally unprofessional. We paid much more than anUber and got horrible service. The worst person was the customer service person on the help line at Viator. Horrible service, horrible trip, horrible driver. A waste of money.
